I mean, You expect poor service from hardware stores. It's kind of the experience right? Employees here are worse. Surly and incredibly unhelpful. Usually once you track one down they'll help you out, Here you feel like you are personally inconveniencing them for having the nerve to ask them for assistance. Did you find the products you were looking for easily? No Were you able to get assistance if you needed it? No Was the store clean? No Were our associates friendly and helpful? No

The store is clean and well stocked. I can't think of a time I didn't get what I needed. Employees are helpful.

The cashier Daniel as his name is on the receipt. Didn't even acknowledge us to say hello and my dad had to ask for our total since he was quite and not acknowledging us.

I love my Home Depot!! Been going there for years and there are many employees who are former tradespeople and therefore, very knowledgeable in their areas. This is very helpful to avid diy-ers like myself. There is always a friendly someone who will try to help you find what you need/want or educate you about products and methods.

Although, I found what I was looking for, I could never find anyone to help me! The store is small but very clean. The only reason I came to the Santa Ana store, they had the item I needed in stock, otherwise I always shop at the Costa Mesa Home Depot!!

They have great employee's such as Jessica who make actively themselves available. Ready to help!

Super helpful staff with the exception of "Jesika". She is simply the worst to a shocking level.

This Home Depot for me is much better than the Tustin store. The employees are friendly and not as rushed to help, even if it takes more time than expected. I really like this store and even though it takes more travel time, I keep returning to this Home Depot.

This store always Has the equipment I need to complete any project I have at hand. All the employees are always very nice and quick to help with any issues. I can’t think of anyone who does that better than Liz! She rocks it. This is the only Home Depot I’ll ever come to. If the management is reading this, please pass on my thanks again to Liz. She made a return which really frustrated me when a piece of equipment broke, easy and frustration free. Thanks a bunch

Raked over the coals for our veteran ID card when usually connected to our phone #. Husband had to go back to the card to get it after the cashier went on about it- this was for an .80 discount btw!!

Received excellent customer service the employee walked us to the isle and found our Lawnmower we wanted and then got it down for us. He also waled us out to cashier we definitely recommend this location.

Ron helped answer questions and opinion regarding a bathroom remodel. He was patient, never did I feel like I was taking too much of his time. I kept telling him to help other customers and each time he would come back with a smile on his face ready to help me. Thank you Ron, I appreciate your time.

I go to this store frequently. Everyone says hi and it feels like a second home and everyone asks about my projects. The coffee is ALWAYS available by the pro desk. They know me enough to add my military discount without me even mentioning it. I always visit the clearance area in the back of the store. I like that its all in one area.

EXCELLENT STORE TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT THINGS YOU WANT TO PURCHASE AND THE HELP YOU WILL RECEIVE. I DISCOVERED THAT WHETHER I AM IN THE GARDEN SHOP OR THE LUMBER AREA, THE EMPLOYEES ARE POLITE, COURTEOUS AND VERY HELPFUL,,,,,,,,,,A REALLY POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT!

HOME DEPOT #0606 SANTA ANA, is my favorite store. I enjoy going there at least twice a week to buy numerous things....there is something about the store that lifts my SPIRIT that I don't find at others.........
