The employees of this Home Depot are eager to help out , they are available to the public. They don’t walk away and hide , they magnify their calling and are knowledgeable about their store .

Paint desk employees very helpful and friendly

We went there to get potting soil for our garden and when we checked out our cashier Katrina said would you like to open a credit card today it will save you $50. Couldn't turn it down. She did a great job!

Our refrigerator broke down during the stay at home orders. Although it can be repaired parts are two weeks out. We went to the store to purchase in interim refrigerator. Kim was our salesperson and she went out of her way to make sure we found what we needed and got us on our way quickly.

Need to keep up with the inventory...most times I need to go back multiple times to get what I need for a project. Please focus on customer service...make it easy for us to like going to your store.

I found the stepping patio stones. Had a hard time to find sand. Nobody around to help to load flatbed cart and to push flatbed to cashier and parking

They were out of the item I wanted, but Vanessa at the Service Desk was extremely helpful in locating what I wanted at one of the Albuquerque locations.

The experience at this HD beasts the one at Lowes. I actually stopped going to Lowes. I always enjoy a trip to this store; I can usually find everything I need or get help locating things from the helpful staff. It's very convenient for me to pop in, and I appreciate the staff by and large does not condescend to me as a woman, but helps me trouble shoot and/or solve problems creatively even if what I'm trying to accomplish is not a typical use or project. I also like the store being dog-friendly; today I got to meet an adorable Australian Cattle Dog puppy!

The employees are very friendly and helpful, but you have to wait a long time before you find one on the floor.

Very Bad experience with cashier Ginger...I will be thinking twice before returning to this store. thank goodness there is a lowes close by.

The Santa Fe store has excellent customer service and is a very pleasant place to shop!

Shepherd in lumber and the manager Hymie we’re extremely helpful and kind to me. I have not experienced such great customer service as I travel across the country in my RV. I hope they get recognized for their very kind service. I’m 72 years old and was not treated like an old person (okay I know I am but just saying). Thanks so much Home Depot for these guys!

WOULD ALWAYS SHOP THERE FOR MY NEEDS

Had a great experience shopping yesterday at my SF home depot store. The man in the electrical dept spent time with me figuring out what special outdoor boxes and stuff I needed. I spent over a half hour looking and comparing and he helped me decide. Then, when I got to the check out, I tried to do the auto scan, but had some trouble with bricks, So Casey, the cashier helped me out, and then asked if I wanted to apply for a HD Card. He made the process fun and easy, and even though I was denied this time, he gave me the discount he promised for applying. I felt like a success instead of a failure. I will return to shop and say hi to Casey!

I love my Home Depot in Santa Fe

disheveled store, never can find a flat car or lumber cart inside, aisles are not well maintained, and every time I've asked for help from an associate they haven't been helpful.

Worst Home Depot I have ever been in. Very dirty, aisles are extremely cluttered and most of the packages of items are already opened. I will not go back.
