I bought several items & appliances in the past & have been very pleased with the quality and prices.

If you are a DIY like me, you can count on the personnel at Home Depot to help you out with your project or call their colleague who can. Home Depot staff will help you select what you need in addition to giving an explanation of how to best use the product. They not only answer questions but ask the right questions to get a full understanding to be helpful.

I had help with garden rocks 2 times, carrying, and loading by great employees

Went primarily to buy two items, bulk bleach, and a grease gun. Bulk bleach, no-brand name was NOT available as gallon or larger, only small jugs. Still, the discount brand was about half the price of the very high priced national brand. They no longer have any bulk purchase discount for 6 or more, and there were only four that I could locate anyway. Second item: Apparently no grease guns are kept in stock in the store, I searched all the logical locations. I am not sure about that but I could not find an available associate to ask about products. Also decided to obtain some potting soil and checked out in the garden section as I cannot self-check out sacks of soil, need a person for that, and cashier was very friendly.

Home Depot has always been the family's go to store for so many of our needs.

Most if not all associative will show a genuine concerned about my shopping experience. Hard to find that lately. !

I go in there 6 days a week. Nice store good people working there

I always find everything I need at Home Depot. I recently bought a Webber Grill and the employees checked me out easily and loaded it into the truck!

I had several questions regarding an exterior impact door. David Calcaterra, Millwork Specialist at the Sarasota Home Depot store was extremely accommodating and courteously answered all my questions with excellent product knowledge providing me with the education I needed to make an informed purchase. He then loaded the door and frame onto the cart and walked me to the front of the store to assure I was assisted with the loading process. Employees like Davis are critical to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. This was by far the best experience I have had in any such store.

Rick in appliances was outstanding and Jared, a new employee in training at the front line is doing a great job.

Garden Dept. Is the best in town. Always well stocked and plants well cared for.

I had not shopped at any Home Depot since it mainly became self checkout. I returned on Black Friday to look for a refrigerator and was very pleased with the selection, the service and the positive atmosphere.

Your store at Cattlemen and Bee Ridge Rd. in Sarasota, is only about 3 miles from our home. My wife frequently visits the garden department for plants and gardening needs. I am a do-it-yourselfer and enjoy having almost everything imaginable in your many departments.

Worked with Peter in appliances to put together a kitchen appliance package - he helped me select the best options AND pointed out the savings program that basically allowed me to get a washer and dryer for practically no additional $. This is my 3rd time working with him and will always go back to him, he has never steered me wrong!

Brian helped us purchase Our new washer and dryer. He had great advice and recommendations. He really knew his stuff. We got what we needed, paid for it, and got out quickly.

From the time I walked in the door their staff was available to assist me. I spoke with 4 seperate staff on my visit and all were kind and knowledgeable.

Just purchased this washer less than a month ago, and so far it is working well.

we just went through a horrendous hurricane in the southwest Florida and we were very surprised at how well stocked our Home Depot was in Sarasota on cattlemen Road. We knew that lumber was going to be an issue because everybody was boarding up and eating it so that didn’t bother us when we couldn’t find what we needed for lumber. But throughout the start of the notification that a hurricane may come here or Home Depot was well stocked with everything that we needed to provide protection for home. I purchased wood dowels (quality wood) and Miracle Grow gardening soil to enhance Fall garden. Purchased flats of plants at this store several weeks ago also. Flowers are already growing beautifully with good soil. HD Garden Center is the best!

The best part of shopping at this Home Depot us the friendly associates. They are always near when I need them. They are knowledgeable and friendly. It appears that they enjoy worki g here.

Helpful, friendly staff. Been shopping here for 32 years. No hassle returns. So when not sure buy several options on your card then return the ones that don’t fit !

I have purchased several plants and was very happy with the results - the plants were healthy and looked really nice when planted in my beds.

I have been super frustrated shopping here ordering from this store, in the past. Things are really turning about face. Staff paying attention to shoppers. It's a big store and this is super helpful
