Great customer service.

the store did a good job with the covid-19 safety precautions, to include WELL ORGANIZED LINE at the entrance, however many of the employees were not wearing masks

Went in to buy a vanity sink and while we were paying I realized it would be hassle putting it in to our vehicle so my dad asked our cashier if there’s anyone who can help us and she said she would check. Marcia was her name, we followed her out where there were at least 4 other male employees she hugs one of them turns around and starts telling us no one can help us put anything in our car because we could turn around sue them for any “damage” end result we struggled a lot getting the vanity into our car ourselves. Worst horrible customer service from this Marcia employee. It honestly felt discrimination from her.

For such a busy high volume store, these associates give it their all and it shows in their demeanor and on the shelves. Everything is accessible, organized, and clean to say the least.

Good store. Spaces too tight and crowded with stuff. Difficult to get around. Employees excellent. No problems there.

I don't know if this is a problem with the store but with the delivery service. I was never call the day before delivery, a four window. I try tracking my refrigerator using text and Home Depot website. NO SUCCESS. They could not recognize my phone number or zip code. This need to be corrected.

We were at this store on a busy Sunday with our dog and everyone was super sweet and helpful. We really do love coming to this store and so does our dog!

I addressed my satisfaction with the Seaside Home Depot earlier in the survey. My Overall rating is excellent. The store was clean and the associates were very friendly and helpful.

The staff makes you feel at home. They are there to be certain you get what you need and exactly what you need.

This store has really stepped up! Clean and well organized. Lots of knowledgeable staff on hand. Everyone we dealt with had a great attitude. There is a real and obvious effort on their part to improve the shopping experience.

Good customer service. Most floor associates helpful with good attitudes. Self checkout associates very good particularly Barbara and Joann.

Unless you have a lot of money to spend. On the Monterey peninsula you're stuck shopping at home Depot seaside. It's a store that really hates you they really hate to make contact with customers. they resent you asking for parts that they don't have but should have on their shells they treat you like crap as you try and walk through the store and they have to walk through there aisles with forklifts and little squeaky flagman that are really jerks the kind of guys that just talked to do all day long do you know the type there Oliver home Depot. A horrible store. Really off the charts in bad customer service.

I very Happy coming into the store in the early morning because if Lizzett is there then i know i am in good hands

I needed to exchange an item and Jafar at the returns desk was very helpful. He was patient and provided a number of alternatives until we were able to identify the issue with the product. I've had poor experiences location in the past, so I was pleasantly surprised to have such excellent service from Jafar.

I shop at this store often for work and the employees are always very helpful. I can always find exactly what I need. I purchase a lot of building materials and the employees always help me load the materials into my truck. Shawn and Shane are always there to help me out.

I had the best customer service experience I have ever received anywhere from Carlos in the gardening department. He went out of his way to make sure he found the item we wanted even though it was hard to find where the item was stored.

During our recent remodel our contractor has used Home Depot for just about everything purchased. The staff there has been very helpful. I had a problem with a handrail that had been installed at the home. Electrical conduit was used and I was trying to solve the problem of covering the bar ends. Two employees, Frank and Peter, we're incredibly patient and helpful for this $8 sale. The people make the difference in my opinion. Lots of places sell widgets. But not a lot of places have people like Peter and James to help me.

Pretty crummy store. Other home depots aren't much better. But this is definitely the pit. I have to go there every week living in big Sur there is no alternative for inexpensive building materials or affordable building materials.customer service inside the store is horrendous most employees don't know anything about the products that they are supposed to be selling they just are picking up wages. Walking through the store finding an employee who makes eye contact with you is probably one in 10 and that is being generous most just with lawn by staring at the shelves and don't have any desire to be contacted by any of the shoppers in

Found the parking lot to have smaller than average parking spaces, raising the potential for complaints from customers over damage to their vehicles by other careless customers. Tons of "day laborers" milling around the parking lot throughout the morning, posing potential problems for some female customers. Parking lot in general was poorly maintained, not clean at all. A lot of long term parking in the lot near the street. Vagrants standing at the entrances soliciting money from drivers, impeding traffic, and leaving garbage everywhere. A lot of clutter in the aisles inside the store. Customers could not navigate major aisles without having to side step other customers because of the clutter. Potential Fire and/or Public Safety hazards. No identifiable lines for customers picking up or returning items, promoted constant customer confusion. Lines frequently partially or completely blocked the cluttered aisles. Egress to Garden Center from inside the store was not clearly identified and was difficult to find. Employees for the most part were congenial, but appeared stressed for whatever the reason.

We love this store; however, we always feel bad for the checkers in the garden area. The wind is very cold that blows in from the ocean. You should take note that the Salinas Home Depot has little booths for their employees to keep them out of the cold weather. I wouldn't want to work in those conditions.

Great experience shopping there - easy in and easy out. Sales people are knowledgeable and friendly. Good organization and layout of products in a clean and well lit environment. Also, easy parking.

Went to garden department looking for citrus and tomato food. Unable to locate. Asked employee where it might be. Response was "look around, it should be somewhere ". I stated I had looked and couldn't find it. Home Depot employee turned and walked offf. I did locate the plant food inside. I sure miss the other guys. My first review was rejected because I mentioned them by name.
