This store is perfect for the area. Im renovating my house and whatever I need is right here for me to pick from. Other stores will ship to this store and that is very convenient. The store is always organized and clean. The staff are very helpful too.

We went to Home Depot to purchase flooring for our home. Qelly, who helped us, was very knowledgeable about the products. We could not have been happier as he was so helpful, patient and kind as we worked out the various changes to our project that took several visits to the store. He is an employee anyone would love to have working for them. We find the employees in this store are always friendly and willing to help in anyway that they can. I would not want to shop anywhere else.

My wife and I like to wander the isles when we go here, I am always thinking of another way to D.I.Y. my home with upgraded finishes or looking for some special tools. My wife likes the garden center for her she shed gardening supplies.

This store has an associate that is in a wheelchair. He is the friendliest and most helpful person that I have ever met. His attitude,alone, makes you feel happy and important. This store is extremely helpful towards veterans and hold a great Veteran's Appreciation Day each year. Since this area is heavily populated by senior veterans...... this Home Depot is great for us.

The people that work at this Home Depot are very helpful in answering questions and directing you to what you're looking for, or when needed taking you there. Nice touch.

Not being a "handy" person, it is really nice when store staff are friendly and take the time to help you out without making you feel like dummy :)

I have shopped at the Sequim Home Depot for many years. I've always found parking to be easy, and the electric carts are handy and useful, as I use a cane. I can always find a helpful and courteous clerk on the floor that is more than willing to help or guide me to the item I wish to peruse and/or purchase. I will shop at The Depot as long as I am able to get there.

Don't assume your paint can is sealed! I made that mistake and my quart of paint tipped over and dumped paint all over my laundry, carpet, washing machine and several pairs of shoes. I went back to the store to complain and they were gracious enough to let me get a new can of paint. No apology or consideration that their laziness caused over a thousand dollars worth of damage. I'm going to have to go out of my way to get what I need to fix up my home at any store other than home depot.

Store did not have what we needed in stock even though it showed it did online. The employee wasn’t knowledgeable about the appliances and the difference in the brands, and when we complained they wanted to send us to the Silverdale store which is another 2 hour drive to get what we drove 55 miles one way to their store to get! Get it together!!

The store is clean, well maintained with friendly knowledgeable staff to to assist you.

What makes this store special is two things... 1- First and foremost, the people that work there 2- Being a veteran, the owner(s) care enough to give a nice discount to veterans

The Sequim store is where we do most of our home-improvement shopping. Fast convenient and best prices.

The store employees were very helpful and listened to what we were interested in and gave us options to chose from. The delivery was done professionally. Had a good experience.

Do not count on their delivery service. Even though they text, and email that your product in on its way and you need to be available between 6am and 8pm, be amazed if they show up. My delivery arrived two days later with no notification of a delay from Home Depot. When I called the day after the promised delivery date, Customer Service (?) told me that it was scheduled for the next day, regardless of what the clerk told me when I placed the order or the text and email they sent me. This blunder on Home Depot really fouled up schedules and plans for our group.

Person in the paint department was fast and efficient.

Every time I shop at the Sequim store, I receive courteous and friendly service as well as knowledgeable staff.

Always a pleasant experience at our store here in sequim,personel are polite and always very helpful even when they are way overwhelmed with customers,the new pocket item lookup is a huge help when that happens,even had an employee is helping 2 or 3 other customers ,,but please,,stop putting things where I can see them and drool,lol

They always have what I need.

As usual, the store was busy and some of the aisles were blocked or inaccessible due to employee or customer carts & mobile equipment. The on-line inventory showed many more of the item that I came for than was actually in stock, again this is a common issue, and the more expensive the item the more likely the on-line and actual inventory will not agree. I go to HD about 1-2 times a month for items that aren't generally available elsewhere. As a positive note, the on-line locator is almost always accurate which does save me time.

The store has good prices, but it's hard to find a salesperson and rarely do the ones walking past ask if I need help. I see many employees chatting with each other and walking down the aisle but not paying any attention to the customers. The design group is always busy with a customer every time I have a question, which results in me going to a smaller, more accessable store for a remodel estimate or product question of the displays in the design area. A telephone call will take a long time to get answered by any department, and usually 3 calls are needed to even reach a person, or the right department. Many employees have less knowledge of the products than I do. If there has been any training in cust relations or sales, it is not evident here.

There is something special about the Sequim store that I do not experience in other home improvement stores. The associates don't just tell you where the product you are after is in the store, but 99% of them take you right to it and with a smile. It is such a huge store that I find that above the norm. I would recommend the store but not all the subcontractors associated with the home depot, I have found that certain ones do not think the clients time is important and wait 7 business days or more to contact them. The majority of the store employees are helpful.

Very bad customer service all hours of the day. There are only two to three people in the Sequim store who know how to and actually do help customers find what they are looking for

The store has plenty of knowledgeable staff who are more than willing to offer assistance. Prices are reasonable and stock is sufficient.
