For the last few months I have wandered from from nursery to nursery trying to figure out what and how to regarding my landscaping and then I ran into Mike who appeared to be a horticulrist and quickly pointed out solutions to problems I didn't even know I could have. His knowledge and passion for gardening was inspiring and he helped me more than I expected.

We purchased a fixer upper home last year and the service, products, and overall experience from Home Depot has been amazing. Ron in the paint dept. has been a true blessing! We have purchased everything from paint to appliances. We love this store! Due to our experiences at this store we decided to buy Home Depot Stock....seriously!

Bought my flooring from the Home Depot in Sevierville, Tn. All the workers we encountered was great and friendly. Way to go Sevierville Store!!!!

I had a nightmare of a time trying to locate my missing order of kitchen cabinets that I spent 4 weeks of back and forth on the phone trying to get answers for. Bridget spent an hour on the phone demanding answers when I went into the store for help. She found my order and got me set up to get it delivered. I really don’t know what I’d do without her.

I had a young boy help me with a plant I was looking for of my moms before she passed away, I think his name was Tristan. He found it super awesome

Brought Respiratory mask and eye protector Gargles.

I need shelves cut for kitchen cabinets and Robert in Lumber was amazing! He was patient, efficient, professional and he was genuine. A rare find these days! For the time I walked in the store and left, I was greeted by several employees and everyone was engaging and attentive!

Customer service was great and the Lady that helped had Red Hair but I don’t know her name

I wish I could remember all of the names of every employee that has helped us over the last 5 years. We couldn’t have built our home without you all! Thank you all for everything you do. I asked a million questions and you all answered them all or directed me in the right direction. We appreciate you all.

The employees were great And every time I've been in there they're great about helping me find what I need and where it's located and even helped when I needed more I could order online and showed me how easy it was to order online

If you don't want the run around, i would avoid going to this store

CLEAN STORE, COMFORTABLE TEMPERATURE INSIDE, HELPFUL ASSOCIATES & LOTS OF STOCK IN THE RIGHT PLACES

I want to compliment Kyle and Brett in Delivery for taking care of the customer even thought it wasn't their area. I was in 2 days ago to purchase about $400 worth of product for a project. One of the items, 4x8 white bead panel was empty. There were 4 full bunks in the overhead and the web was showing 298 sheets on hand. I asked the associates in lumber to get them down but they were too busy. I said I could come back in a day or so if they could have it down by then and left. I returned today only to find the shelf empty and 4 full bunks still in the overhead. This store had 2 days to get it down and didn't. I saw Kyle on a terminal by the door and asked if he worked in lumber which he said no. I explained what I needed and he went out and talked to someone outside. Two guys came in with a fork truck I thought to get it down but they went elsewhere. Kyle soon reappeared with Brett and promptly pulled down a bunk so I could make my purchase. Employee's are a mixed group, some care and some don't. Thanks to Kyle and Brett I was able to get everything I needed. You need more just like those two.

Great store. Well stocked, and the staff were outstanding. Special shout out to Scotty S. and Jaiden for all their help in directing us to the right location for our purchases. They both spent the time necessary to help us with our questions. They consistently maintained a smiling, pleasant and service oriented attitude. Thank you very much!
