Salesperson Laura was very helpful in my purchasing an electric range and setting up the extended protection plan. I was so pleased to find the electric range that was on back order at another store was on display at your store. It was delivered by friendly deliverymen in just a few days rather than having to wait 6-8 weeks. Thank you.

Mark K. helped me return all my items, but also helped me sign up for the home depot ProXtra rewards program. When I did the return, we had to try to find each receipt individually (which he was very helpful with) and he explained how the ProXtra would help me keep all my receipts in one place. He even called the customer support line to help me activate my account because we were having troubles with my email address. Thanks Mark K! I really apricate all your customer service and help today :)

We really had a wonderful experience at this location. My family and I recently relocated to the Prior Lake/Shakopee area, and have found this particular Home Depot to be really great.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find. The employees at the paint desk were extremely helpful.

Purchased snowblower and employees I talked to were friendly and knowlegable about product. Would give store and employees 5 stars. Delivery on the otherhand was not as expected. Was to be attended, signature required delivery. Found snowblower sitting by front door when I went out to get mail. No notice that it had been delivered. Only paperwork found was form I was to sign upon delivery. No owners manual! Called store to see about getting manual, and was told they sometimes get lost and that I should go online and print one out. I have no problem doing that if I lost manual,,,but I did'nt,,,you did.

I have always been impressed with the Shakopee store - its employees, cleanliness, ease of returning items, and variety of stock to choose from.

Because I am a gardener and am concerned about the environment I find it SO important to educate the public about “NEONICS” and other dangerous pesticides that are killing our bees and other creatures..like US! No pollination no population! Please use vendors that are FREE from such products..plants may be treated at the nursery without any questioning as to usage. It sure wouldn’t hurt to advertise your wise decisions to the public as we purchase our beautiful plants..just a nearby sign to assure us no harm is being done at THIS STORE!

Service: • Varies. • Some staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to help you without delay • I have experienced staff that will not make eye contact or acknowledge you are in the isle with them.

Very helpful staff. We did not have to wait at all to get the help we needed in the lighting department and also checkout was very easy.

We had many thins to take care of returns, new purchases etc. Greg was super helpful with all of our items. Pete and the order fulfillment gang helped us with a very large order and difficult to load. With their help we made it home safely. Thank you! The Halls

Very nice store with helpful associates and they always have a nice variety of products and services from tool rental to a very well stocked lawn and garden area with everything from shrubs, mulch, dirt, rocks, pots etc. etc.

District Office service is horrible. Just trying to set up an appointment to measure for carpet installation. They never showed up two days in a row while we sat waiting for them. I hope the third time is a charm. If not, we will take our business elsewhere. Get cashier lanes open again!

Went looking for a refrigerator since mine was completely shot, all the ones I wanted were backordered with a delivery date of mid November. I could not be without a refrigerator that long so I had to settle for a smaller one. Our sales rep was Nick and he was very apologetic about the shortages, but I know it is not his fault, I actually felt bad for him. Manufacturers need to step up during this pandemic. I would recommend this location and if you are looking for appliances go see Nick in the appliance department.

I love Home Depot. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Great selection and prices. Mike at the Shakopee store is wonderful.

I enjoy this location. It's not messy and the employees are helpful.

The store was a mess. Stuff in aisles everywhere and many items not in right spots. I would have used my cellphone to find stuff or check prices but there is no guest WiFi and it’s a cell phone dead spot.

I had a great experience at this Home Depot because of the amazing customer service. I was helped by Wayne in the Lawn and Garden department. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He not only helped me find what I needed but gave me great tips and advice on how to use what I was purchasing for my home gardening project. Thank you to Wayne for the amazing customer service!!

We do not live near this Home Depot but stopped in just because the other larger chain store did not have what we wanted in stock. We found what we were looking for and had the best experience working with the employees that day. We may just drive a little further next time it was worth the great experience!
