Good store, good service and good employees

For an amateur like me a new building project can be confusing. I needed to keep track of the actual cost and purchases. There is an app and it can set you in motion to keep records of everything you buy. Thank you customer service Makina North, for helping me get this started right. Order supplies and then have them delivered. For a very reasonable price. Even 40 miles away.

Best time ever at the HD!

We bought a new refrigerator at this location. They have a good variety to choose from. The 2 gentlemen that helped us were very knowledgeable and really cared about what we needed and wanted in a new appliance. Easy checkout as well.

Raquel was very friendly and knowledgeable on my project needs.

I purchased some rose bushes and a large load of bagged mulch. Requested assistance with loading. I was assured that this request could be accommodated. I waited 15 minutes on the side of garden center as directed with no results. I returned to the same cashier and was told that someone was "probably loading" the purchased material. After another 10 minutes of waiting, I investigated for myself to find that no action was being taken to fulfill my purchase. I loaded the bags onto a flat cart myself and loaded them into my truck myself as well. At no point was an apology extended or an offer to assist loading them into my truck.

So happy I went to see Connie at Home Depot in Sherman when I needed paint! She is very helpful!

Awesome experience every time we are there. Staff is always available, friendly and helpful. Store is always fully stocked and neat.

i can get most things i need at a good price

I was all over the store. In each department, they were helpful and knowledgeable. I will shop here again!

Cashier Zanya was amazing and turned my horrible experience into a good one with me actually leaving with everything I needed for my job. If it wasn’t for her, I’d probably never come back to this Home Depot.

This location is fully stocked, clean, has rentals, and amazing employees.

I like the store and the employees but, like other stores there is a lack of accurate inventory, inventory location and quantity don't match the app, it's short handed most of the time, and does not have a large percentage of employees that are knowledgeable about what they sell in most areas. This is not unique to this store in Sherman Texas. The other big box store is basically the same. If this store were to fix these issues I would shop here more than the other big box store. As it is now, I go to both.

Lisa is fantastic. It is so nice to have a friendly happy cashier and not feel forced to use self checkout.

My wife and I are overhauling our kitchen. I have been purchasing lumber and tools from the Sherman, Tx. store to accomplish our goal of a new floor and cabinets. The employees are helpful and parking is easy at this location.

Employees don’t even bother checking or delivering curbside and say they are too short staffed when you go on to pick up your order. Also gave me the wrong item (not what I ordered) so I had to wait in line a second time to return. Will not be returning to this Home Depot. Needs better management and scheduling of staff. Poor girl at customer service shouldn’t have to deal with all that by herself

Always greeted with a friendly face..

I have shopped here for 2 years for projects as small as spray painting chairs, up to building small homes. This store is always well stocked and the employees have always been helpful and kind.

Jay helped us with multiple questions from various departments and even escorted us to another department. There he helped us find a pro staff to answer questions and made sure we were take care of before leaving. VERY HELPFUL, thank you Jay!!

Never again will I go to this location

I have bought numerous thing from this store and if I ever have to return anything, I can do it with ease.

I would rate the Sherman, Texas as an A++ store.
