Each visit to the Shorewood Home Depot has always been a very pleasant one because of the friendly and helpful staff. Today, I picked up my snowblower from Tool Rental department and I felt like family because I of their help. I also went to the Flooring department and bought a vacuum cleaner and had the same experience there and during check out the cashier actually came up to me an ushered me to check out at the customer service area. I didn't even know that I could check out there. The garden dept. is my favorite area because of the variety of flowers and plants. I just make it a trip to visit there all the time, especially in the Summer. I actually love meeting and talking to other plant lovers in the gardening department.

The appliance department was knowledgeable and super helpful with placing orders.

Employees are generally knowledgeable and helpful here. We have purchased large quantities of items here during the course of our whole house remodel and have had good luck with items being in stock. We have also special ordered flooring and countertops and the staff have been efficient and competent.

I had amazing service from three employees while I was shopping for appliances and floor coverings. They had fabulous job knowledge as well as patience. I will definitely drive a little further to shop at this location.

Everyone works well together. You seldom need to wait for a HD staff member to offer assistance. Manager Clifton does a great job of resolving issues that sometimes occur.

Starting with Manager, Aaron every staff I came across is always and ever time very friendly, always willing to help, always go above and beyond to help. Very friendly, respectful, kind and helped me with a smile. This is how I know they are genuine. Thanks Aaron for always being there when I needed your help. You would always greet me with a smile and kind words and even stop to have a conversation with me. I always appreciated that. You are a great person and a great manager and role model and great asset for Home Depot and your staff.

I needed to buy some fairly obscure bolts for a project I was doing. I had the old, rusted bolts I was replacing but was dreading the search to come. That's when an employee named Antonio saw me on my knees combing through bins. He sat on the floor next to me and said, "Need any help?" I showed him the bolts and said, "I don't know where to start." He not only found them but patiently wrote down the UPC numbers for me. Checkout was a breeze, the bolts fit perfect and I actually wanted to go back to the store and thank him. Thank you Antonio.

Nicole at customer service went beyond what was expected of her as an employee! I had a very rough day and was in to unwind and shop for plants. She made my night with her awesome customer service. Hard to find employees like her now a days! Don't lose her!

I go to the Shorewood Home Depot frequently and am always surprised at how friendly the employees are. Every person I encounter says hi, asks if I need any help, and I always get a thank you on the way out. Not a big deal I guess, but these days it feels good to be around people who seem like friends even though I don't personally know them.

I needed significant amounts of drywall fire rated and mold resistant. Gina found the amounts I needed in different store, organized the delivery and honored my contractors discount. When you find someone who knows their job and does it well, I will be forever appreciative. Thank you Gina. Outstanding job.

Purchased high grade caulk, 4 LED lights, 13 Leviton Decora plus 15 Amp switches, a very good flashlight, 5 shelf brackets for 2 bedroom closets and 2 24x24 drywall cuts for a ceiling repair.

I have shopped at this home depot dozens of times in the last year. I have purchased things from lumber for small projects, sump pumps and PVC pipe, to a variety of fasteners, tools, and cleaning supplies. The store always seems clean and easy to find what I'm looking for. The associates overall do a great job helping me find my way find my way around as well as products I need if I can't seem to find them on my own. I would recommend this home depot to anyone.

Not what I expected.

Great customer service, friendly cashiers!

My experience at this location isn't much different than most other locations. However, during an emergency from a freak rain storm that knocked out power and mass flooding, Clifton from the store went above and beyond to help me get a generator that was locked on the shelf. There was a problem getting any of the 4 locks off to get access to the generator. He stuck with it get the very heavy generator out from the locked bars. I was able to get it home in time to stop my sump pit from overflowing and flooding my basement. That's Clifton!
