The Shrewsbury, MA store is located in a great spot, and it is easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

The Shrewsbury store has been our go-to store for decades. We have done innumerable projects with Home depot supplies and contractors. Inventory always full and rarely have I not found the things I needed. Will continue to use them indefinitely.

This store is clean, well stocked with very good quality lumber and other building supplies. The store employees were also very helpful in cutting several sheets of MDO to the exact size I needed for my project. I also picked up a tube of very high quality caulking compound I had been looking for and could not find except on line. This store had plenty of tubes in stock. Also purchased some Aluminum two rung ladder jacks.

We had a great shopping experience at this store. When we needed help the store associate Hector went above and beyond to help us and multi-tasked, helping us the same time he was helping other customers. Great and very nice employee which you don’t see often!

Our Refrigerator of 13 years - a VIKING Professional - died of many failures, I had done a lot of research as to the type of replacement refrigerator that we needed BUT I just went into the store to get some supplies and at the last minute I decided to visit the appliance Dept to see their stock of refrigerators. At the Department - a salesperson named Nancy asked if she could help and fortunately I asked her about the unit that I was interested in buying. She then took the the time to intelligently and politely answer every one of my questions - and made very helpful suggestions. In fact - she was so helpful that she made it very easy for me to decide on the model and the price as we spoke. and I confidently bought the refrigerator

Will not shop there again....

The people at this store are the best in their district. They are so willing to cross over into a different department reps and help customers. I love shopping at this store! The aisles are kept pretty clear so it's easy to navigate down an aisle.

HECTOR. Plain and simple . . . The value of this employee cannot be described in short order. HECTOR answered the phone when I called the Shrewsbury, MA HOME DEPOT to inquire about a single product. HECTOR knew exactly where to locate the item in the store, went to it to verify that it was in stock. THIS IS WHAT I, THE CUSTOMER, wanted. Assurance that I would not travel a half of an hour one way and not find the item in the store. Arrival: Upon arrival I entered the store and immediately noticed that some of the sections in the store had been moved to new locations. Unbeknownst to me HECTOR, being vigilant and in tune with your customers, noticed me wandering this way and that. I approached HECTOR and I asked where the snow blower parts were. HECTOR said; “Did you just call? I know right where the parts that you want are. Please follow me and I will take you to them.” HOME DEPOT . . . WHO DOES THIS! HECTOR does! An escort, bee line, guided tour to the parts! OMG! There they were! HECTOR then imparted some knowledge on me that I did not know about the parts. I was so pleased (happy customers spend more $$!) I purchased two additional items I had NOT intended to purchase thus doubling my bill, I was HAPPY to do it! THANK YOU HECTOR!!

Your survey has several problems and is repetitive.. for example, this store review is redundant.. also one of your check boxes must br unchecked to proceed. I suggest you retain a qualified consultant to review. Further, I already entered my email and don't use a nickname, so i made one up to proceed.

Awful customer service. Delivery service was incompetent - order was incomplete. Installation when finally done (not on scheduled date) was incorrect requiring a third visit for a partial correction. I would strongly recommend AGAINST purchasing anything more than a screwdriver or can of paint at this store -they are not competent enough to manage major appliance delivery or install. I cannot imagine the struggle that would ensue if you used design/installation service!!

My wife and I are long time HD customers although never at this store. We were looking to purchase an above the range microwave oven and a two oven gas free-standing range. The employee who waited on us was in a word superb! No snake-oil salesmanship, rather he was polite, informed and patient. Highly recommend. We are very well satisfied with our purchases. Store was clean and well organized.

I happen to have MS so I walked (hobbled) in with my cane. A young employee named Alex (his name was on his apron) saw me walking in and made sure that the automatic doors did not close on me before entering. He greeted me with a smile & noticed I had an exchange (furnace filter) he got a cart out for me and asked what he could do to help. I said I had an exchange because I needed another size. He then told me that he would be happy to go get it for me so I didn't have to do all the extra walking. He showed me a seat where I could relax while he got it for me. I was thrilled! The size of the store is usually the reason that I do not like shopping at such a large store. Alex is a dedicated employee that went above & beyond to make my experience a wonderful one! I will be back to my hometown Home Depot again!

I always enjoy going to this store first, the people are always friendly, and second, they always have the items that I'm looking for or need to complete a project.

Everyone at HD is always helpful. They greet you everywhere in the store. The are always smiling.

Make sure you call and verify the item is available, don't believe the online information.
