Such a friendly and helpful store!

Our business has been using this Home Depot for several years. Many thanks to Becca the store manager and also the extremely helpful pro desk and service desk. Honorable mentions would be Miss Julia, Mr. Curtis and Miss Lynn but everyone at the store is extremely friendly and helpful.

good selection and supply

First of all, words are not enough to describe how much I appreciated Ron and his going above and beyond to help me. I went to the Holly Springs Home Depot last night for a Christmas decoration. I decided on the Angel which is rather large. I could not find it, but Ron saw me searching and asked if he could help me. After searching, he realized this store was out of stock. He searched other stores and found the Canton store had some in stock. I was planning on driving there. BUT Ron asked if I wanted the display instead. I said yes. So, he went and got the tall rolling step ladder since the Angel was on the highest shelf. Several people stepped in his way, but he was patient and kind and always waited until they moved on, never get frustrated and always had a smile on his face. He got the step ladder to the shelf and had to move several items to reach the Angel. Then he had to reposition the step ladder to reach the outlet to unplug the Angel. I was terrified he was going to fall. He finally got the Angel and was headed down the tall step ladder. Another associate saw him and helped him get the Angel down the rest of the way and placed it in my shopping cart. I offered to tip him $20.00 but he refused and said “No, it was my pleasure”. WOW, not too many would not turn down money. He then walked me to the register and told the cashier to give me a discount since it was a display. All this to say I was super impressed with Ron. He did EVERYTHING he could to help me and make sure I was pleased. I cannot praise Ron enough. I have never had someone help me as much as Ron did. All this took about 20 minutes and I was just amazed how helpful and patient he was. Again, as I said survey does not do justice to how superb Ron was. Thank you so much Ron. Please praise your employee and give him a raise, he deserves it.

Only reason I am not rating a 5 star is there was a long line for self check out and no manned cash register lines open. Only after the line had grown longer, did they open a register. It was a normal business day and around noon. This is during the hours when trades people frequent this type of store. My local home depot has manned registers until later in the evening.

Store was neat and clean

This is my favorite Home Depot to shop at. Plenty of products and the staff is amazingly outgoing and helpful. Great job guys! Keep up the good work!

Normally, a good place to shop. today was not the day to be in this store. Rude employees, with an "I dont care" attitude

This is a very well managed store . The associates are always courteous , and professional . Returns are hassle free . This is not the closet Home Depot store to my house , but it is my preference . I have yet to have a problem there .

This is my go to location. Management is great, and the employees are nice. Michelle is one of their best employees. She can help you with just about anything in the store. I highly recommend this location.

This store is clean and the people working there are very friendly. However, they are not enforcing COVID-19 safety measures so I cannot recommend this store at this time.

The Pro Desk at this store is absolutely superior to every Home Depot around. I will go way out of my way to give them my business.

Another Holiday weekend, another project around the house to knock off the list. And, where do you get what you need – plus expert advice if it's needed too? Where else, but @TheHomeDepot of course! We always find what we need at the Holly Springs/Canton/Sixes Rd Home Depot, but if they are out of stock, they check with other locations. EVERY time I have questions about a tool, procedure, or product they have the answers – or go out of their way to find someone who can assist. I have never had to hunt down an associate for help – they are (almost) always available and willing to assist, provide advice and/or scour the shelves for an item. This is my favorite location in my area, and just happens to be a little less than 5 minutes from home, so it is a really convenient location for me as well. Everyone I have interacted with at ANY Home Depot has been respectful, honest and professional. FIVE STARS across the board!

The staff at this location make it feel like a community. Always remember you when you walk in. And ask for updates on your home projects.

Since it opened , it has been a very good store and experience to visit. My 12 year old grandson has been going there to the tool dept for 2 years . He grinds down and forges metal knives and swords , has his own tools and info books. The tool dept. men have all been extremely friendly and helpful to him all this time and he enjoys their knowledgeable conversations. Thanks from a appreciative grand dad. The quality of attention and care is the best ever! I had a serious appliance issue, but the management staff was committed to getting it resolved - even though the issue was created by a manufacturer. And they did! EXCELLENT CARE AND COMMITMENT TO PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I drive out of my way to use this store because of that!

Im sad I didn’t ask for my Cashier’s name as he was very helpful, too—told me the correct aisle for what I was looking for when I first came into the store. This store is huge but it has that “Mom and Pop” feel—staff eager to help! Thank you Home Depot! I’ll be back!

As a regular customer I can honestly say that the staff is courteous and very knowledgeable on all the product. Everything is easy to find, very organized and if I can't find something, someone is always there to help.

Omar is setting a new standard in customer care. I hope the rest of the employees and management can keep up the high standards.
