Outstanding service provided in Mill works by Jerry!

I was greeted by Anthony who was very sweet. He said hello to my son and handed him the scanner to "help ring" I presume. My son gave it to me and Anthony held up the items for me to scan. My tomato cages were not scanning but my soil did. He then asked how much my soil was, confirming it was infact $10.97 then told me my total was $11 and change. I said "no, you didn't ring up the cages." He then said "they don't scan. Don't worry about it." I then informed him I was from another store and that he should punch in the upc and let his fes know that there is an issue with the scanner or barecode. I a fellow associate I do not want to see my associates misinformed on how to troubleshoot when faced with a problem. This is a great opportunity for the associate in understanding how to find different solutions that will not create financial loss or future inventory issues.

Yes I recommend this store. They are extremely helpful every time I go and it's clean and neat and easy to locate items you need. Everything is also labeled. The staff is always helpful and come up to you to see if you need assitance.

If I could give zero stars for this Home Depot’s customer service / returns dept I would Dennis the manager was useless!

The customer service I received from Big Dan in the paint department was beyond stellar. It was like a breath of fresh air after receiving less than amicable service at the Deer Park location two days in a row. He was knowledgeable, professional, and gave very helpful tips with my home improvement project.

A really friendly and helpful employee helped us and never gave up. His name is Dan and helped us find a bathroom cabinet even though he’s from the paint department.

If you need paint this is the place to go. Make sure you seek out Dan. He was very knowledgeable and so very helpful.

The customer service I received from Eric was terrific. He was very thorough and patient with me throughout my washer and drier purchase.

The store employees are incredibly patient and kind considering the barrage of nastiness they get from some horrible customers. Some are so rude that I felt I need to intervene And they barely Reacted considering the aggressive nature of the customer. That was a lot of restraint and patience under abuse and subsequent nasty complaints that were not valid against the employee and were pure lies since the conflict she had was with me directly.

SHOPPING IN YOUR STORE AND BEING HELPED BY AN EMPLOYEE THAT IS KIND, CARING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND REMEMBERED ME FROM A WEEK AGO AND ASKED ME HOW EVERYTHING WENT WITH MY PROJECT GETS A 100PERCENT IN MY BOOK. DONT LOOSE THIS GUY HES THE BEST EMPLOYEE THERE!!!!!!!!!!

This store is a great place to shop. I am an older female and I always seem to need help. Every time I have been to this store the employees are patient and very helpful. Most times I find what I need in a few minutes and there is always someone to assist me at the self checkout. I recommend this store.

I shopped in the Smithtown store. I also have used the Commack store. I always like shopping in Home Depot , I also admire the organization, for being so charitable

The cashier jen was super nice and friendly. She is both knowledgeable and good at her job. She takes time to make sure the customers are happy and takes care Of the customers.

It seems that all these places don't really want to help the average customer & are more geared for contractors & commercial guys. Everyone always seems so annoyed when u ask them for help & they purposely avoid customer interactions. Good luck trying to get any help in the lumber section. It's impossible. All I needed was 12 15" X 15" X 2" thick pressure treated boards. So I opted for patio pavers instead but even that was a frustrating experience. As a disabled vet I need help with these tasks

To whom it may concern, I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Home Depot. I still remember the day that Home Depot opened: I love the merchandise that it showcases, I am a handyman myself. so all the new tools and equipment that Home Depot carries has always been a fun outing for me!! wondering around the store wishing I could buy this or that, right now in these tough times I have to count my pennies, due to the fact that I lost my job but I am hoping things will get better sooner than later. again thank you Home Depot for your safety factors that you’ve put forward to keep your customers safe..
