Every time I come to the store there is someone making sure the floors are swept and cleaned. The staff are very friendly and are always asking if they can help. Most know that I know my way around the store but they still ask so they can make sure to provide great customer service. They always seem to have what I need. There’s only been one occasion that I can think of that they didn’t and it turns out, it wasn’t even available in stores. Another thing I like is that they don’t move things around a lot. There’s nothing worse than getting use to where things are and then spending a bunch of time trying to relocate them later, especially when you’re in a time crunch. The cashiers do a great job of getting you in and out so I can get back to my projects. When I do have to return things on occasion, it’s never a hassle and it takes no time at all. I really like this store and prefer it over other home improvement stores. In fact, I will wait to get what I need from this particular store even when other Home Depot stores are more convenient at the time. Keep up the good work!

Products were easy to find. Clean store. Employees go above and beyond to make customers happy .. We love this home Depot .

The product I was looking for was marked down. It rang up at full price. The salesperson made sure I got a refund of the difference. They all took care of me and made sure I was satisfied. Thank you.

The customer service at this store is always great. Lumber guys are always friendly and the cashiers are excellent. The team in the appliance department are awesome as well, they helped me pick out the perfect fridge for our new home when we needed a "counter depth" size

Overall the service is fair to poor, but I want to compliment one person. Kelly, in the plumbing dept is the most knowledgeable and helpful person, not only in this store, but in the competitors store across the street as well. She has never failed to answer my questions and know exactly what she's talking about. More importantly, she knows what I"M talking about as well. Hats off to Kelly.

This Home Depot is a great location. They have some good folks working there which is a testament to living in this great Middle Tennessee area and the stores management hiring practice. I've had several great experiences with the store personnel. My first was a guy that had his submarine 'Dolphins' on, and as a FBM submariner myself it was great to meet and talk with him. Can't remember his name however. One Saturday morning I was greeted by Colette and this was an extremely positive experience...i was looking for a 'corn feeder' someone had told me was a way to catch squirrels...she helped me for a good while and I did find a trap. Lastly i had a great experience in Lighting with Ed Buck just yesterday. Good pleasant man who helped me find what I needed. I've had other good experiences in the yard care area but don't remember their names.

Rob Moore at the Smyrna location was a huge help today in my purchasing a fridge.

I have been to this store many times since moving to TN in 2002. The store is always clean and smells like fresh cut wood which is always a delight. The products are always neat on the shelves & the store personnel are almost always easy to find and be of excellent service. Cashiers are friendly and attentive to sales situations and recommendations. Everyone I have ever talked to was knowledgeable as to requested product locations which never ceases to amaze me how they can remember with sooooo many products. Tools I have purchased always worked when I got home which really is nice even when they come from China. Have received many China made products over the years from other stores where the tools did not work & had to be taken back - Grill Lighters is a good example - and it doesn't matter who's brand name was on that product. They are empty of fluid/gas, no flint or some unknowable mechanical reason not to work. Thank You for being in Smyrna, TN. You provide a wonderful service bringing all of the worlds products to a small town atmosphere.
