Today we had 2 amazing employees - Allean (appliances) and Abigail (Pro desk) - answer so many questions, help us to understand some details about our accounts, and help us to purchase what we needed, even though it wasn't in the store. We really appreciated their eagerness to help, their patience with us, their friendly professional service. We hope we see them again the next time we visit Home Depot!

Many times I have been to Home Depot. Many times I have been helped by Ms. Diane. She was our cashier today. She is the epitome of what every employee at Home Depot should be.

You will not be disappointed in the level of customer service at this HD, specially in the tools rental and garden departments

On the day of shopping, the experience was exceptional. But not satisfied with customer service on 06/09/2023 when we came to the store to follow up on the status of our "measurements" order -for rooms in which we plan on putting tiles. The flooring personnel stated she was knew and did not know how to pull the quote. She called a manager who said he did not know either. But manager quickly stated he had other customers to help and walked off. JUST BAD ALL ROUND HERE.

Ernest B is always a professional. He is extremely product knowledgeable and I can help me with any questions I might have about store products.

Miss carolyn from it returns and pick ups counter in the front Walked me aisle to aisle and made sure that I got everything that i needed she even made sure we counted the items. I know I probably irritated her because I did ask for a lot but not one time. Does she show that she was irritated and whatever she could not explain she made sure to find someone That did know how to explain it to me and she never left my side.

They had what I was looking for, and JHames was helpful.

Customer service here is excellent and the store is always clean. I love it.

I shop at two Home Depot stores. The Scenic Highway store, and the Highway 78 store. I consistently have a great experience at both stores. The clerks are always pleasant and eager to assist.

What can I say, this is one of the best Home Depots that I have been to in a while. Awesome From great customer service, even better workers and awesome products. To make things even better my wife works here and that just made it an even better experience as she is a very hard working woman and cares deeply about her work. I really appreciate the store and it's service to me as a Veteran and a long time shopper of the store.

Great knowledge of there job

I've been helping my sister and her boyfriend with their contract work over the last week and we have been to Home Depot every day. The only issue we had was that their weren't enough lumber carts available and we had to wait. We checked out at the Pro Desk every time and we were always greeted by Carol and we specifically wait for her as she is so kind and patient with us and all of our questions. A lot of times the cashier wants to get you all checked out and push you out the door but Carol takes the time to answer all your questions no matter how dumb they sound. We go to her every time we check out now. Good customer service is hard to find!

Customer service representive are willing to assist you in your purchase and knowledge of using or installing an item that you purchased

I came into the store. It was nice and clean but steaks were beautiful. Customers were being greedy. I asked about specific blinds associate took me over help me measure out the blinds cut the one that I need it help me to the front into my car

A town like Snellville needs more customer service like what is at this Home Depot. I was very impressed.
