Extremely disappointed with this location and its selfish employees. I went in on Tuesday March 23rd morning to buy some essential for the garden. I had hoped to purchase 20, 1 cubic foot bags of Steer Manure and 20, 1 cubic foot bags of Top Soil. Since the garden doors were closed I asked the cashier stationed right next to the Pro Desk if she could call for assistance to help me obtain the additional 38 bags I had hope to purchase. This cashier showed no interest in my request and even told me I would have to wait till 7am for any help. This confused me as I looked around the store and had noticed at least 20 employees walking around the store some operating the fork lift and most just standing around. I expressed my request again and again was meet with hesitation. At this point I decided I would make my way to the customer service desk in hopes of obtaining some help from a more responsive caring employee. Upon arriving at the customer service desk I was meet with a smile and a "Good Morning" from Desiree. I again asked for some help in obtaining the remaining 38 bags I had hoped to purchase and Desiree said "Let me see what I can do, I'll be right back". During my wait the other employee a short gal with glasses at the customer service desk thought it was appropriate to let me know how happy she was to have a job during these times but how upset she was about having to deal with crazy customer asking her repeatedly if they had toilet paper, masks and or gloves. Are you kidding me? This is a time of suffering for people all over the world. Of course people are concerned and are trying to shop for creature comforts and or essentials. There is absolutely no need to project your negative thoughts onto a concerned, caring citizen. If you can't see this pandemic for what it is then Quit Your Job and Stay At Home. Eventually Desiree did return with a cart full of my remaining 38 bags I requestedhelp obtaining, God Bless Her Soul. Now that is what I call superior customer service. I politely thank her numerous time and in numerous different ways and even asked to speak with a manager given how impressed I was with Desiree's selfless act and thoughtfulness. Its really to bad how I was only able to receive assistance and respect from 1 out of the 3 employees I interacted with during my visit. That a 1/3 of a percent of the employee population. That's despicable. Please tell Desiree I am sincerely grateful for her genuine character and her actions. On the other hand it appears a majority of your other employees need some sort of customer service sensitivity training especially during these troubling times. Shame on you Home Depot for employing such ugly people. Unfortunately I will have to go out of my way next time I think about visiting a Home Depot. Pamela is friendly, knowledgeable and wasted no time in explaining the details to me like a pro; the important details I needed to install your merchandise. One trip do-it yourself home repairs means a lot to a man with children, working full-time with a sick wife.

I found that Home Depot in Snohomish WA had an excellent selection of products and the cashier and sales assistant were great. They both had time to help me, they were informative and patient and knowledgeable.

I was impressed with all employees I encountered today especially Ray in the lighting department. One of the best HD stores I've been in!

Go to this HD store to receive terrific service from the employees and then please be sure to fill out the survey requested on the receipt and tell their managers in God knows where to find something else to do other than beat the cashiers over the head with the stupid time wasting surveys that most of us do not have the time to mess with. If I was unhappy with the employees I would not be back in the store so often. Whoever is in charge of this whole process should be put in charge of sorting misplaced merchandise in the electrical and plumbing parts bins. Do something useful.

Had to buy paint. Expected to wait but was pleasantly surprised to only wait 15 minutes for my customized paint.

Although I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, a gift for a friend, two different employees asked if they could help me, perhaps I looked lost! Ha ha But regardless, I found the perfect gift. A pair of heavy duty protective gloves called firm fit. I got extra large but wished you’d had extra extra large. But they’ll work even though nothing appeared to be bigger in size. He was happy but he too, wished they were just one size bigger! Thank you for listening. I hope my feedback gets me closer to winning the sweepstakes! Even if not, glad I took the time. I haven’t always been a Home Depot fan. Glad I found out otherwise. Thanks Home Depot for hiring women as well as men for employment. That’s definitely a plus!

I normally liked this Home Depot Store and purchased many items there before it started going downhill. It appears that the NEW SCANNERS and some changes in refund procedures have reduced the likeability of this store. I was known in the past by many of the old time employees, most likely because I was recognized by the NYPD/NYFD 9-11 hat that I wore many of the times I shopped at this store. Today I encountered problems with your new scanners and a not very well trained Cashier Areya OR Manager Diana, if Diana was in fact a manager, or just someone that was supposed to help me when I asked for a manager. I would expect a Home Depot Store Manager to be more knowledgeable and helpful. I think your store credit policy requiring a match to the persons ID for a very small amount like $9.53 to be ridiculous. I would understand if it was a large amount since I don't even get asked for ID for credit card purchases for under $50 many places. With this stupid store credit method, I couldn't even give my store credit to my wife as she would probably get hassled.

Snohomish Home Depot is a reliable source of basic home improvement supplies and information. I really like the fact that I can order items online and then return unneeded supplies directly to the store for a quick, easy refund. I also really appreciate having reasonable tool rental available for specialty projects, rather than purchasing a new tool. Special 0%-interest extended financing also is appreciated for major projects to minimize impact on our limited-income monthly budget.

They are knowledgeable in the various trades and have excellent customer service. They make certain that you have exactly what you need in order to get the job done!

I went in to this store today with a basic kitchen cabinet design and was introduced to Teresa who helped me work through my plan. She took the time to draw it out and together we made it work efficiently. She had great suggestions and ideas for me and really explained a few things quite well. I was really happy with the customer service I received and will most certainly return to this store. I really appreciate the helpful attitude and the time she spent making my purchase as smooth and easy as she did. GREAT lady to see at this store!

I love the selection of merchandise and helpful employees. If I can't find something, there is always someone near by to ask for support. For my home projects this is the store I head to!

On this particular day, Sunday September 8, 2019, we made several purchases in several departments, and received excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable help. Other times, it’s difficult to find service representatives who have specific knowledge for making a product choice. At the time I was in the paint department there as only 1 person at the paint counter and a line formed behind me. There was insufficient paint in stock to fill my entire order and let me take full advantage of the rebate. It seems unfair to the paint department staff when there isn’t enough help, customers with lots of questions, and requiring a custom product and having limited product availability. The Snohomish store is always clean.

The Snohomish Home Depot is a retail gem tucked into the green hillside just off of Highway 2 a few minutes from Everett. The store is staffed with highly competent employees who strive to meet the demands of the greater Snohomish market and do a fine job at it. The store is clean, well ordered and has excellent parking with establishments nearby for lunch or breakfast making it an excellent one stop shopping experience whether it be for a small over the counter purchase or a sizable special order.

Great store! They always have what I need.
