Store had fantastic inventory,staff friendly and helpful,and prices were very within reason.Would love to see this HomeDepot add equipment rental,would much rather come here than Chesterfield,maybe someday.

I really like shopping at this store, I travel 45 minutes to get to South Hill, Va. please consider opening a store in Roanoke rapids, NC, we only have Lowe’s.

the store normally has what I'm looking for but on occasion they don't have hat I want they will try to substitute for a like item that may cost more but same price as the one I wanted.

This store had everything I was looking for and more. Personnel were helpful and polite.

Trying to purchase appliances on line is impossible. Appliances were showing in stock until you got to checkout. Trying to set up delivery it would not let me enter the delivery zip code. It took two tries and finally I talked to the Appliance manager at South Hill and she was able to help me with great difficulty. It should never be this hard. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would give her 5 stars. But the process was very painful and I wouldn’t recommend trying a purchase like this on line.

Great experience in the millwork department

I truly enjoy shopping at this store. I know several of the employees that work there. It is a store where customers are always welcome and has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. I love going there. The problem is I could stay in there shopping all day. My husband would not be happy with me.

Have what you want if not will guide you the right way to go

The employees are so polite and helpful. I offer a special shout out to David and Curtis. David kindly opened five boxes of a bathroom vanity/sink set before finding one undamaged and with properly aligned doors. Curtis measured and remeasured a replacement window and looked and looked until finding what I needed.

My phone call to the store was answered by a live person immediately. Employee Heather went the extra mile to assist me. She was so pleasant and thorough.

I love shopping at this location. There are always associates willing to help you if needed. Many times I have been here and an associate will pass and just offer to help, or greet me and thank me for shopping Home Depot. Shopping here is an experience, not just something that you have to do. Continue the exceptional service South Hill Home Depot location!

It is really easy to find what you need and if you don’t the associates are friendly and will help you out. The prices are affordable.

The employees of this store are consistently helpful and friendly. The store does not offer as wide a selection as some other Home Depots, but they are well stocked for basic supplies and offer a variety of product lines.
