Hard to find any employee to help us. Low inventory on everything. Employees acted bothered and irritated if questioned. When the in store programs leading sign reads delivers by the 16 you don’t expect to hear when paying it won’t be delivered until tue 23.

Darlene, of the Appliance Department, was so helpful in my decision to purchase a new GE unitized washer/dryer. The machine was installed carefully and efficiently within 9 days of purchase, after the heavy old (1987) Maytag unitized washer/dryer was removed. I am happy to have a 5-year service plan for this appliance, and very thankful for the human kindness, respect, knowledge, and wisdom that Darlene gave to me. Thank you Darlene!

I have been shopping at Home Depot south Lincoln quite often this past year. We have bought flooring ceiling fans, & have recently been purchasing pavers, rock, & plants from the garden center. Employees have been helpful & friendly. I always find what I am lookin for. Store was clean. I will continue to shop there. Bonnie

Store was clean and all associates were friendly and had 2 different associates ask if we needed help and 1 went with us to the area we needed to be to find what we were looing for. Roxie our cashier was friendly and asked if we had found what we were looking for.

This is my go-to store for large projects. Jamie and Jim in the millwork area are great. Whenever I have carpentry questions, Tim has an answer for me. The store is clean. They have what I need, whenever I go in there. Not a real fan of the crab *** guy with dreads behind the customer service counter - he doesnt want to be bothered with questions or helping people. If it wasnt for him, i'd give 5 stars.

Delivery driver had entered the wrong address into his phone for delivery. When he called for directions, he informed us that he could deliver if we were within two miles of the wrong address. We were not, so we wasted a day waiting for delivery.

Jarod, who works at service desk, was extremely helpful resolving my order issue. He was well spoken and explained how my issue was to be resolved. He went out of his way to help me resolve my issue. Outstanding service and another of many reasons why Home Depot is my go to home center in Lincoln. Thank You.

I got in and out in a hurry. Linda helped me find my needs. She's always so helpful and friendly have enjoyed doing business with her for years. Like an old friend.

We have visited this store multiple times and just can’t say enough good things about the employees - they are courteous, very friendly and really go out of their way to help customers. When they can’t help, they typically go find someone who can. They have a great selection of products and the sales staff are pretty knowledgable about the products they sell. We’ve never had a bad experience there and always enjoy going back.

We have always had such a great experience here but this spring the garden center has been very picked over. They open much later than competitors in the area, staff were VERY rude and seemed disinterested in customers. Very sad to see one of my favorite places go downhill.

I had trouble finding what I needed and finally Chase someone down no one in the plumbing department in the three Isles there to help me or several other people trying to find what the heck we're looking for in this large spread out three aisle area. The woman I asked was very friendly and found what I needed quickly which I really appreciate it and thanked her and the lady at the checkout counter her name was Roxy r o x i e was very helpful and friendly

I've been to the paint department at this location about five times in the last year while completing various projects. Every time I've been there, the employees have been incredibly helpful and kind.

I stopped at this store to return an item that I had purchased in error. The wrong finsih on a ceiling fan. I totally expected the typical probelms that come up when making a return. There were NO problems. I was greeted as I entered the store. The employee there directed me to the appropriate counter where I was able to return the fan without any issues at all. The whole process took less than a few minutes. The correct ceiling fan I purchased had a newer type lighting system and one of the staff took time to explain what it was and how it worked. The overall service through out the store was excellent. That's why I shop Home Depot.

I visited this store today to get some prices on washers and dryers The staff there came up to me to see if I had any questions. I explained I was simply looking for a future purchase. The staff person didn't just shrug me off. She stopped to show me some different features, explaining that some of these features needed to be considered when making the purchase. She showed me several washers, some with and some without these features. It has really helped my planining ane budgeting. I also purchased some other items and at check out, they reviewed and made sure I did not have any questions. The overall experience was excellent.

This is a great store that provides excellent customer service and product availability. Highly recommend shopping here.

Everyone at the store was very helpful. We needed help to match door and baseboard trim and then have it cut to length. We had great help. At checkout, Angela, went above and beyond to help us get things checked out and wrapped. She was awesome!

I can always count on the the Associates helping me find what I need and the best options for the project I'm working on.

Home Depot has always had everything I've needed for projects and the employees have always been helpful if I needed assistance finding something.

The Home Depot store in South Lincoln is my "go to hardware + store. I have several options but I visit Home Depot first. I have shopped the Home Depot store for 15+ years and have yet to be disappointed. There is enough staff that someone isn't far away when you need assistance. I am pleased when the employees are courteous and friendly. On one occasion when I visited the store, I had a recent surgery and was in a shoulder sling. I needed to pick up several bags of water softener salt. Not being in a condition to lift anything myself, a young lady of small stature approached me and offered her assistance. She grabbed a cart and loaded the salt sacks. I was impressed. They sacks almost weighed half as much as she did! I wish that I could remember her name. She deserved special kudos that day!

Everytime I go to this store I am greeted warmly by a customer service person! It feels like the neighborhood hardware stores I grew up with in my childhood and youth! I also like the fact that they give me a discount because I am a veteran!

Noticed employees with masks on but under their chins. If they aren't going to wear them correctly why do they have them? Lets try to get everyone sick.
