Associates are nowhere around, when they are they are too busy do other things instead of helping customers

Issues with Delivery. I am waiting for my refrigerator since I bought it on Dec. 5th. I gave them a chance since Whirlpool refrigerators are on backorder. I got another brand and they supposed to deliver on Dec. 31st. I was home waiting and when they called my husband he was not able to answer, we left a secondary phone number and we said it is very important to call both numbers since we didn't know who can leave work first. I lost my pay for the day and no fridge delivered. Very disappointed and not shopping at Home Depot anymore.

Yes, the store was clean, I found what I needed, and associates were friendly. My rating is only about the store's response to COVID-19. From Home Depot's website: - Limiting the number of customers allowed into stores at one time - Requiring associates and customers to wear non-medical face masks in stores What I observed: - There was no one at the front door checking for masks or counting the number of people entering the store. - There were customers and one associate wearing no mask at all.

The store is well stocked, the parking lot clean, and employees helpful. This is a well run Home Depot!

I don't usually complain and I don't write reviews. But the trip to this Home Depot today was absolutely the worst experience. If you are thinking about remodeling your kitchen, do not go to Home Depot (at the Southside Blvd location). My mom wants to remodel her kitchen. She has a standard 10x10 kitchen. The kitchen designer Lillian didn't even ask my mom what kind of cabinets/countertop she wanted. She just took out her price sheet and quoted this ridiculously high price. When I asked her how can it be that expensive, she just shrugged and said that's how much kitchen remodel costs these days. She didn't even bother to offer us any other options. She is supposed to be the kitchen designer. Surely there are different options for different budgets. It was as if she just didn't want to do business with us and couldn't wait to get rid of us. We walked out the store very disappointed. It was such a bad experience that we probably wouldn't go back to this Home Depot.

Assistance is readily available. If the product is not available, I am asked if I can pick it up at another local store.

I like the fact they ask you if you need help as things and materials change locations everyone and then. Considering the situation we are in, it is expected for things to not be as remembered the last.

This Home Depot is well stocked and the garden Center is has a large variety of plants and also carries St. Augustine grass plugs. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable of the area that you are shopping in if you can not find what you are looking for they will look it up on the store website for you or call another employee to answer your question. I wanted to purchase a grass plug tool but, one of the employees told me they did not sell them. It seems if Home Depot would sell this tool since they sell grass plugs I had to order one off the internet.
