We were greated at the door right when we walked in. My husband and I were looking for a bathroom vanity. The employees were very helpful and so was the manager. We will definitely be coming back.

Nice place to get most of the things you need for home remodeling also clean store and friendly environment.

If you like self checkout, this is the store for you. They eliminated all cashiers. I was told if I did not like to use self checkout, I should shop somewhere else. That is great customer service right there. This is the store if you like rude cashiers and ignorance.

Very good location, friendly personnel, usually very well stocked.

I can usually find the products I am looking for quickly and employees are always available to assist.

Store is super clean but best part is the employees,,,,all seem like they care.

As I was their Sunday to pick up mulch and I am 68 urs old and disabled The cashier Rosa checked me out and also loaded my 10 bags of mulch with a smile

I have been to a number of Home Depot stores, and I believe this a well run company. The employees are courteous, friendly and eager to assist. The stores are clean and well stocked.

I like shopping at this Home Depot. I have had so many positive encounters with employees who have gone out of their way to help me, except when it come to Equipment Rental. I have encountered the same employee at the Equipment Rental a few times when I rented for my company. He is usually smug with me but very accommodating with male customers. It would be nice if he was he same way with me, but it is what it is. This last time that I went in, a coworker had called in to make a reservation and I went in to pay for the rental. He asked me what phone number the reservation was under. I started giving him one phone number after another that it could be under. After the fourth number, I picked up my phone and called my co worker who made the reservation. I put him him on speaker. I figured it would help for the remainder of the transaction. My co worker said that he didn't give a phone number. I was taken aback. I looked up at the man and he said, "I don't need a phone number." He did this after he acknowledged that he knew the equipment that I was there for when I came in. He continued being smug for the remainder of the transaction. I told him that I wouldn't be taking the equipment with me. I was there to pay for the rental and my co worker was going to pick it up later. I wanted to make sure that the rental started when he picked it up, not at the transaction. Lo and behold, I got a smile out of him. He said, "no, it starts now." I am not upset that I didn't get the answer that I wanted. I am still livid with how he handled the entire transaction. This is also the first time that I had my son with me due to an appointment that we had. My goal was to stop in, pay for the rental and leave, assuming it would be a quick transaction. Because of an appointment, I had him with me, (which I hadn't before) so I especially appreciate the way he treated me in front of my son. I spoke with another female co worker to tell her about my experience. She described the same man that I encountered and said, "no, he completely ignored me and was really nice to the man that came in behind me". She was really put off by his attitude. She knew the equipment she needed and this employee decided to help the man behind her and then proceeded to go into a full detailed explanation with him since that customer didn't know what he needed, leaving her to wait even though she was there first. I will continue to shop here except when it comes to equipment rental. I will continue to go out of my way going anywhere else for that.

Dawn the cashier was the best, she reinstated my trust in Home Depot. I had just left the Brinkman store, after spending an hour waiting on two intercom pages for help, and nobody showed. So when I got to the Spring Valley shop I was surprised that I was in and out under ten minutes. Here I got everything I needed for work, thank you.

Rivers is an exceptional Home Depot Associate. He was so very kind and thoughtful to help me with my dilemma on Saturday. I will always look for him when I come back to the store. He is fantastic.

I love this store. I'm greeted with a smile and offer of assistance. It's close to my house, but I'd drive farther in order to get the kind of help I always get at the Spring Valley store. You have some shining stars in this store, too: James Pickens (doors/windows) Darrell Comeaux (appliances), Bill and Charlie (flooring) - are not only knowledgeable in their departments but also easy to talk to. They seem to really enjoy working there, which makes shopping there a better experience.

the cashier knew exactly where the rain gauges were kept and helped me locate them. she also helped me choose some gloves that will last a couple of years.

Worst service from management ever! Manager Tree sucks! I was in the store for over 2 hours just trying to pick up an order. The order wasn't even completed. I had to travel 30 miles to another store to get the remainder.

One outstanding Customer Service Employee named Frank is the reason i return to this store. Like all retail places, some are better than others, but he saved the complete sale. The one suggestion i have for H.D. as a whole is to potentially get away from using 3rd party delivery and have their own group do it. i had two different issues with deliveries and broken product. All others were great, but the one specific that was bad really bad, tile delivery guy didnt show on time, when he did he was rude to my crew and broke multiple boxes of tiles. All good. Fixed by Frank. To keep the integrity of the H.D. name it would make sense for them to do their own deliveries. Overall, i do suggest going to this store and if you run in to a tall Hispanic guy with a small pony tail, that's Frank and he will make things right.
