As i walked in to the painting isle Cynthia greeted me at 7 am with readiness on her face, when I inquired about fiberglass exterior door paint, Xinia came in to the rescue and team work started, they researched to find a match for the color and my client was pleased. By the end we all had a smile on our faces, and a color we all loved. Zínia ended our experience with a smile and a sentence; “I’m happy when my customers are happy, thank you for shopping at Home Depot”

Cashier Otisha was very helpful, she deservers a raise and or a promotion. Great customer service and very friendly, she made my experience in Home Depot a very pleasant and enjoyable one.

Bad customer service experience, slow to help customers

I drive here from Rockaway because the customer service & order pickup dept is awesome. A few times I got so lucky because Moniece helped me! She is why I drive from Rockaway. I pass 3 other HDs on my way. She is smart, cheerful, just a pleasure to see. I don’t know Moniece. She’s no relation to me. She’s black & I’m white. She would be great at anything because she is just somebody who is gonna be the best she can be every day. She’s a reason to drive out of your way to this HD in Springfield Gardens!

There was an employee named Kyle and department d 24 paint department.. I asked him a question on if there was any covid-19 mask available and he totally ignored me... I asked him where can I buy some mask at to point me in the direction and he walked away from me and totally totally totally ignored me... All of the fellow shoppers that was around me were shaking their head in disbelief I would like to file a complaint against that employee Kyle department d 24 paint department Springfield gardens home Depot

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Horrible employees who like to curse at employees early in the morning. I’m appalled!!!

There were only two cashiers so I took maybe 20 minutes to get out. But the cashier Patricia it was very professional

After my purchase of propane A lot attendant by the name Trevor ignored me when I asked for help even walk away from me while training another lot attendant. Waited in the rain for 40+ mins.

store is close to where I work , been coming here for years , obviously I feel safe , am treated well , store is clean and has what I need most of the time

The staff at this location leaves a lot to be desired. Not only was i unable to find someone to assist in plumbing to get something off of a higher shelf, when i did find someone to ask for help he then when to get more help which led to me waiting like 15 mins. Eventually I just decided to use the employee ladder to get it down myself since they were scattered all over the place. When walking to the checkout i saw the employee and the help he went to get, when I told him I got it down myself he simply replied "great". Needless to say I wont be going back to this location, i'd rather inconvenience myself and drive to a further one where the staff actually assists you.

The home depot in Springfield Gardens Queens is fairly a good experience. The store a large and stocked well. There is also plenty parking.

The home depot in Springfield Gardens Queens is well stocked. The employees are helpful and friendly, but they need more hires to assist their customers.

Store as always is organized, not much staff around as always to assist, however when you find one, they are always polite and helpful, my visit this time was great, I got to chit chat with Betty-Ann by the paint department, and cashier Beatrice was patient and very nice.
