I was not pleased with my experience with my last transaction, as employee did not apply a discount on damaged planting soil bags and then was not helpful when I went back to point that out.

As I was approaching the Self-Checkout registers and going towards available register, an associate (Olivia or Alicia but she confirmed as Olivia when asked) stopped me and told me there is a line. There was no one in line, but she stated that she responsible for the self-check out registers and she will direct me to the available register when I'm in line. Another customer approached and she blatantly allowed him to go to the very same register I was trying to use, while I waited as requested by her. I confronted her about this and stated why would I get in line if there is no one waiting and then when I waited she let another person in front of me. Still waiting for another available register, while being stopped by Olivia, yet another customer walks up and goes straight to another register that became available. I asked her how come she didn't engage that customer and asked him to go back in line like she has done with me. Her reply was "I can't control everything or everyone". At that moment I felt like she displayed discriminatory attitude towards my person perhaps based on my national origin and my English speaking abilities. I expect that the management of the store #1324 will review with or re-educate Olivia on proper etiquette treating customers with respect and applying proper customer service equally and fairly to all customers and not discriminate ones like myself. It poorly reflects on the whole store and the management. Additionally, since the Self-Checkout area spans across over 30 feet or more, and associates like Olivia feel the need to control customers as described above, then I recommend to put posts/cones with tape clearly identifying the waiting line for all customers so there can be some orderly fashion while attempting to use self-checkout registers without having customers walking from all directions and grabbing registers.

I was helped by an AWESOME representative of Home Depot. I was frantic trying to get a home repair needed while I had workmen at my house. Kenneth Brine went above and beyond to help me. He was patient, listened to what I needed, and helped me with a calm and kind manner. He demonstrated amazing customer service. I left Home Depot feeling so thankful to have this store and sales associates like Kenneth in our community. If you have anyway to compensate him for a job well done, please do so!

Your employees need work with customer service. I shop this store every weekend(I mean every weekend ) and employees never greet or show any interest in your customers.

Typically clean and reasonably well stocked (sanitation items related to Covid being an exception).

Amazing experience. Kudos to all the employees we worked with. If you are looking for flooring or appliances, ask for Jose. He is kind, helpful and knows his product. They had plenty of inventory. Brendon, asst store manager is extremely helpful and bends over backwards as well as the cashiers, customer service reps, will call reps and big kudos to the guys who helped load us up. Thank you Sam, Michelle F., Bobby, Bailey, Stacey, and Alfredo. Highly recommend this store.

I VISITED HOME DEPOT TODAY TO PURCHASE PRODUCT TO CLEAN MY DRIVEWAY. IN THE MIDST OF CLEANING MY DRIVEWAY I REALIZED THAT I FORGOT TO PURCHASE DRIVEWAY SEALER. I WAS PRESSURE WASHING MY DRIVEWAY AND DIDN'T WANT TO STOP TO GO BACK TO HOME DEPOT. I ASKED MY WIFE IF SHE COULD GO TO HOME DEPOT AND ASK ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES IF THEY COULD RECOMMEND AT DRIVEWAY SEALER. SHE CAME HOME FRUSTRASTED AND VERY UPSET BECAUSE THE ONLY SERVICED SHE RECEIVED WAS A TOTAL RUN AROUND. EMPLOYEES WERE SENDING HER ALL OVER THE STORE AND COULDN'T REALLY HELP HER BECAUSE THEY WOULD SAY I THINK ITS AT THE OTHER END OF THE STORE. NEEDLESS TO SAY SHE WON'T DO THAT AGAIN. IF I WAS ME I AM SURE THAT I WOULD HAVE FOUND THE PRODUCT BUT BECAUSE IT WAS MY WIFE YOU MADE MY LIFE A LITTLE HARDER ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

The cashier (Jessica) told me it was her first day on the job. She could have fooled me ! She was very confident, standing in front of her checkout station ready for the next customer. I asked for military discount and when I opened my wallet, she said, "I see your ID card" before I took it out of the wallet. She was very quick and efficient, very polite and professional and she smiled (I think - she was wearing her mask!) and made me feel like the most important customer of the day. Thanks to Jessica!

Maybe the nicest Home Depot store I've been in to date! This store is relatively new so you would expect it to be fairly clean but this team obviously takes it to another level. Nothing seemed to be out of place and since it is a large store, I was very appreciative of the assistance I received when looking for a couple items on my list. At check out, Rachelle must have picked up on the fact I was new to the area by some of my purchases, impressive. A very nice welcome to the area and offered to help get my purchases into my auto. I like to recognize great customer service as retail in general has lost a step or two with this important factor. Thanks and I look forward to many more visits!!

Great store and supplies. I wish there more more employees on the floor to help. Cashier are great. The nursery with plants have a good selection. Just in store needs people on the floor to help. Store was clean.

Good store easy access, clean, not always accurate on inventory. Too many cashiers not enough employees in the allies. Not all employees know the store and send you to opposite of what you are looking for.

This Home Depot location is excellent and well staffed
