The store was clean,the employees were friendly and made sure I was able to find what I needed.

Not helpful if your not a pro. Asked to special order a part that I brought in. He said I didn’t need to and handed me a kit. Kit didn’t even have the part that I needed replacing. I don’t like being disrespected and dismissed.

Last two trips had unfriendly employees that were more interested in their phones than willing to help find things. Didn't have much in stock so had to go to Lowes for items needed.

Department Supervisor, Cait Little, is the best! Her customer service far exceeds our prior experiences at Home Depot. She was professional, yet personable and knows the products and processes. Cait goes above and beyond in making sure the customers are served well!

Home Depot saved me the price of a service call to an electrician. A knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly employee patiently explained to me how to remove a dryer cord with three prongs and replace it with a dryer cord with four prongs.

Great customer service . We really appreciate the professionalism of the employees who go out of their way to help and also try to anticipate your needs so you do not have to keep coming back to the store. Props to the store manager for having the insight to cultivate such a winning team.

I used to shop here at Home Depot a lot, but over the years the customer service has gone downhill. The cashier that I worked with, Ashley, was extremely rude and short during check out and prior to check out when I asked her for help. Home Depot, work on your customer service!

Great service

I needed to purchase items for new home. I went into the store and found employees that really cared to help out, were very knowledgeable and professional. The store was clean and neat and made it easy to locate the items I needed. I will probably drive back to this store based on the pleasant experience of shopping there!

This store only has self checkout and only a limited number of them accept cash, both are horrible ideas... (especially after your system was hacked and customer info. stoken...)

I came in at 8pm to purchase a Traeger grill, I had to stand and wait for two employees to finish their personal conversation before one would help me. When I "rudely interrupted" them and said I wanted to buy a grill, he sighed and said "yea just stand by the grills". I waited for 15 minutes and noone came, the ONLY reason why I bought it here was because the grill was already loaded onto a cart. I absolutely hate this home depot for taking the fun out of buying a traeger.

Different from past experiences with not finding employees to ask a question, my latest visit to this Home Depot offered terrific customer service! I received help from an employee passing by who stopped and assisted with my choice of pathway lighting, another employee offered me a cart when I was carrying the box to the check out, and another assisted me in the check-out process in the Self Service line. Lastly, I was asked when I left -if I had found what I was looking for. It was great to have the extra personal service! On top of that - this store offered a good selection of a product - which a nearby competitor did not. Very happy with my shopping experience - highly recommend!

The one cashier Romika was awesome. She went out of her to tell me about bulk shopping and saved me money. What a friendly, caring and and conscienous employee. She the type to keep bringing them back.

The Stanford Ranch location is one of the cleanest locations I've visited. Employees there are usually very knowledgeable and friendly. I've had very good experiences there, and usually drive a little out of my way to shop at this store.

Give Dave in Electrical a superman cape as he is one of, if not the most, helpful in store persons that I have ever dealth with.

Both Mike and Jackline are helpful, creative at finding solutions to unique problems, they invested personal time to understand my issues and both stayed focused until we came up with products that met all my expectations and needs at a reasonable product cost. Both are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Best employees demonstrating a sincere customer satisfaction focus.

This is a FANTASTIC Home Depot. The aisles are neat and orderly. There is stock on hand. There are people to help you and you don't have to hunt them down like you're trying to find a UNICORN! The managers are polite and courteous. Everyone is helpful. If they don't know the answer, they find out the answer for you. In particular, Adele in Returns, is an amazing employee and represents this store 10 stars out of 10. Go, Adele! She is unflaggingly positive and helpful and she makes this store shine like the sun. Speaking of polishing a reputation for Home Depot, Brook in Lighting is helpful, and knows it all no matter what you ask him! Thank you for the opportunity to let people know how great this store is. . .because it deserves to be known for that.

I spoke with Amanda (store asst. mgr.) about a career with Home Depot. She was very positive about the company and gave me the answers I needed about a future with the company. She was very helpful.

This store is always pretty good but I had a great experience most recently. One of the employees, Jeannine was super helpful and really made my day. I was in a funk that day trying to figure out a complicated project and she helped me at the store and was the assistance I needed to get the job done. Thank you

John, the door greeter was very helpful in showing me where to find the product I was looking for (a floor restorer). In addition, he was knowledgeable about the product and had good advice about whether or not it was appropriate for my needs. The young man who helped me at self checkout made the process easy and fast. Great to have well trained, knowledgeable employees! Thanks!
