This is generally a good store to shop at, and the location is excellent. They keep it pretty clean and organized, and thwy usually have what I meed in stock. The employees have a very thorough knowledge of where things are in the store when I ask (i generally use the website to locate items) and things are very well organized.

Cashier moiya is really knowledge of products and displays really good customer service. The store just lacks employees so you would have to help yourself most of the time

Don’t order your garage door from here, employees are always making mistakes and you will end up losing money if you order.

Friendly and helpful store associates who took the time to help me out at the clearance section and then Lattisha and Derrick were super helpful when my items didn’t scan at the self checkout registers.

Tariq came to my rescue as he went above and beyond to get the case of Klein Strip Premium Stripper Paste on the top shelf! He's an example to follow! Great commitment to customer satisfaction!

The customer service has gotten alot better at gateway plaza. And as a customer I appreciate it. We want to spend money for the things we need, life is already stressful and making a purchase shouldn't add to it. Ty homedepot!

This store needs to revamp the employees. Maybe train them to deal with people and actually help them, not send them on a wild goose chase. My experience shock me completely. I spent so much money through the years of having my property in Brooklyn. And thought going to gateway will keep the community booming by buying from this location. I will definitely visit other locations because the staff is definitely disgusting. PLEASE TRAIN THESE FOLKS!!!

Jenny the cashier , Anthony and Debbie the managers and the forklift crew team went above and beyond to make sure I got my large order secured despite all obstacles we ran in to. They were all courteous and friendly. Most people don’t even want to talk to y when you come in at closing time. Not this team! They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed for my project. Thanks again!

Jenny K is a huge asset to this Home Depot. She greeted me with a smile, asked , and was interested in what I was working on, knew where and what I needed, and checked me out promptly. She was friendly and courteous to other customers who approached her as well. She jumped in when the return line was out of control and wiped out the line in minutes with a smile. Way to go Jenny. For sure my best experience at this Home Depot thus far. Jenny K sets a high bar in customer service and is an asset to this Home Depot.

Long lines, terrible customer service. Went to get my pickup order. They never texted me and It took over 6 hours!. Terrible service.

I went to Home Depot to kill some time before Marshalls opened and use a gift card from last Christmas. I didn't really need anything but cleaning supplies. I had the best time. The store was noticeably spotless, workers deliberately helpful and happy and I just felt like there was a respect of the customers experience from the second I walked in the door. Kind of odd, but I left that store skipping out on a cold winters day and inspired to clean/organize my home.
