Definitely, will go there again. Staff are super nice and polite. They know their work and give the right direction or assistance. This store is always and will be my favorite store for my home improvement.

Steven from flooring has excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable. Whenever you need help in flooring look for him!

Friendly customer service, got everything I needed in stock and didn't have to wait on a long line. Lots of friendly associates available and I did ask for help an had no issues at all. Very knowledgeable cashier as well, also visited the pro desk very good customer service also.

The store carried all the products I needed. It is very easy to get to from my house

I RECEIVED MUCH NEEDED ASSISTANCE FROM 2 VERY HELPFUL ASSOCIATES. BOTH MARTINA AND RICARDO WORKED TIRELESSLY TO PLACE A DIFFICULT COMPUTER ORDER FOR ME. THE STORE HAS PAVERS I NEED DELIVERED, BUT THE COMPUTER SEARCH STATED THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK, WHEN IN FACT THERE ARE PLENTY ALREADY ONSITE. IT WAS A BIT FRUSTRATING BUT, THESE TWO AWESOME EMPLOYEES WERE ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT. I CAN HARDLY WAIT TO RECEIVE MY DELIVERY ON THIS COMING FRIDAY. THANK YOU MARTINA AND RICARDO. ! : )

The Staten Island Home Depot was much cleaner and the people were much nicer than the previous Home Depot‘s I’ve been to.... everything was very easy to find... I plan to return next week to buy a new barbecue which they had a very nice selection of.... The cashier near the garden department where I checked out was very helpful and pleasant thank you

Jontae an Q are awesome! This place is a must visit and these girls are absolutely phenomenal. Definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a great experience. They will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and leave a happy customer. They provided us a solution for literally everything. These ladies deserve a promotion!

Employees very helpful. Took the time to help me with my order. Made sure I was able to get the product. I don't see that type of service anymore. Thanks Brooke & the young man in seasonal section, was not able to get his name.

Emerson from plumbing greeted me and asked if I needed help. he helped me find the water heater I needed and even helped me load it onto the flat cart. Addy at check-out also greeted me. she helped me process a 10% discount on my purchase. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience at THE HOME DEPOT. Thank You All.

I HAD ANTHONY HELP ME FIND THE WIRE SHELVING UNITS I NEEDED FOR MY HOME. I HAD CHRIS HELP ME FIND THE SAKRETE FAST SETTING PATCH FOR CRACKS IN CONCRETE. PAULA HELP FIND THE "RING DOORBELL" WE THOUGHT WASN'T IN STOCK. RAPLINE HELP ME SAVE WITH MY MILITARY DISCOUNT. AND EVELYN ASSISTED TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT WHEN I DECIDED NOT TO PURCHASE 2 WIRE SHELVES, BUT ONLY ONE. I GOT EVERY THING I NEEDED TODAY. EVERY HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEE MADE ME FEEL SPECIAL AND THAT ALL MY PROJECTS ARE IMPORTANT. THANK YOU !

Kuji works in plumbing. He helped me to find the right water heater I urgently needed for my home. He also helped me find the right materials and fittings I needed for the job, He loaded the cart with it all. He let me know my project is important. I'm glad to have met him.- Then I met Evelyn at check-out. She is friendly and asked me how my day was going. As she checked my items, she asked if I had any coupon. This store was clean and and the goods were in place

I need some items to fix something in my kitchen and the service was great every one was so help full and when paying it was so quick it took me about 35-45 minutes to just go get all the items i needed and check out maybe even less time it was safe and quick i don't drive but it was quick to get to thank you all for your service.

This store is extremely clean and it’s associates are very friendly and resourceful. I traveled to this location several times this week for necessary plumbing parts for my bathroom project. I always find what I need and if I don’t there’s always someone available to assist me with questions or concerns. My experience has been great from the moment I enter to the moment I ext the building. Thank you all for your dedication.
