If this store would have some regular checkouts, I'd rate it 5 stars. When you need people to help you at the self-checkout, might as well have real cashiers.

I came in looking for rain ponchos, initially two store associates avoided having any interaction (s) with me and my dilemma. They made eye contact with me and continue on with their conversation (body language said it all). I stopped another associate who was helpful and pointed me in the right direction. Upon self checkout the cashier, Leandro, had a smile on his face and extremely helpful at checkout. It is obvious that he enjoys helping others and is not there just for a paycheck. The products and prices home improvement stores offer are compatible to their competitors. It’s the service I get what decides how I send my hard earned money.

Went shopping and of course only self checkout is open. But instead of having 4 to choose from they had 2 shutdown because there was only 1 associate to monitor. I don't get paid to scan my purchase. Do better or I'm done.

I bought some stain for my deck. I went to use it after finishing up the old can. And the color was incorrect. She went ahead an got me a new can . That was fantastic!!!

Home Depot always has the tool it product I need where the other place never does. it is where doers get things done

Spencer was great. Was nice and friendly. Recommended a washer at a good price. Had me checked out in 5 min.

I like being able to find what I and if I don't, I can find a representative who can help me.

I went in to get new flooring and while I was looking Ron was the one who helped me. He was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, took his time with me, helped me find the best option and was so friendly. I was beyond happy with my experience at this location and will now only be coming to this one!

Had assistance from three separate employees and all were very helpful in selection and purchase of items. Was also assisted at "self-checkout." All employees very very friendly.

This store does stock St Augustine grass so ask them to keep doing it and to increase their inventory.

With proof of purchase in hand, I wanted a simple exchange of an item (identically price on both items) but was forced to return the item instead of a store credit, then go do another purchase. This would've been great if I wasn't putting on the home Depot card I maxed out the day before buying mowers and other things. Not the first time I've had to make multiple trips to home Depot for what could've been easily resolved the same visit.

Took a lid from paint purchased last year at a competitor. Needed more paint for touchup work and the competitor said that they couldn’t match the color or help me. The staff at Home Depot were very friendly and said they would try. They matched the color perfectly.

I bought paint and everyone was very helpful. There were no cashiers open. Only self checkout was availible. They were all full and several people were having trouble checking out. Had to wait in line for some time due to only 1 person helping people checking out

The store is well stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to get you the products you need.

I had super service in store and the delivery team. the major thing is the produce by Samsung as they have the worst user manuals of any appliance I have. there is no use of features explanations and the burners dont seem to work as in their advertisements. I dont need manuals in 5 languages. Their online manuals are no better. I wish I had kept my old gas range.

I was looking for specific plants and was easily guided to the location and assisted in finding the correct type for my lighting. The plants are always healthy and thrive.

Great customer service during Black Friday deals on appliances. Knowledgeable sales staff found me better products for a lesser price than what I planned. Better than I would expect in a fancy appliance store, much less a big box store.

If you want to be treated like a part of the Home Depot. They not just help they treat you like a person not just a sale and no attitude. They never get frustrated to stop what there doing to help.
