The Sun City Center Home Depot location is always very clean and I enjoy shopping there. I find the staff helpful and informative. When I have ever asked questions and needed an opinion the staff has always taken time with me.

We ordered Custom Vertical Blinds for our large patio door with Ellen. She is very knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. We had wonderful service. We will be shopping at this store often.

I am a former Home Depot employee (trainer). Store 6951 in Ruskin greets and assists customers in the manner Home Depot teaches. The associates are friendly and ready to assist to all the customers. This includes the average non professional consumer.

This is the review, It is simple Just Great service/And good prices on great produces. ask for help and you will get it. Prices are clear . and best of all good prices. This is a busy store and employees ,are there to help.

Your cashier, Francisca, was more interested in texting someone at checkout then helping me. When I came up to the checkout line, she was texting someone while I was checking out, rather than paying attention to me or the transaction. She did not read the screen properly and had me try my card twice, saying that it was not "pushed" in the whole way when it really was.

The last two visits to this store both Associates were very helpful! One of the visits the store was extremely busy but one of the girls was like come on down to the register and I can help you with your request. The second visit was problems with online ordering so called into this store and an associate name Melody helped us out and we were able to purchase the item we needed.

They have a great master plumber. If you are installing faucets, fixing something, ask her. She's very knowledgeable. Sorry, I don't know her name. We've relied on her many times over the last 8-10 years. We were also looking for a ceiling fan and did not have to go far into the store to see a good display. One we bought there, one we brought a photo from online and ordered it there using some store credit we had coming.

Extremely cluttered aisles, especially the garden center and lightbulb aisle areas. Light bulb area 2’ aisle three very narrow entrances. Unable to maintain any space, contact with other people inevitable due to excess item stacked in aisles, mostly on pallets or in temporary displays. Entire store needs either enlarged or cleaned out of excess items so one can shop with at least minimal distancing.

The store is very clean. The employees are very polite. The customer service representtive in major appliances really nailed it with his exceptional help for me to select and purchase a new electric dryer.

Today's experience was a 2 star but I gave them a 3 star because I like this store and the employees. I have been a remodeling contractor for over 50 years and this Home Depot has always been set as "my store" for the past 10 years. I needed 200' of quarter round and when I came to the bin where it was located there had to be at least 8 different types of trim in there. Someone stocking obviously didn't know the difference between base shoe and quarter round because there were several long pieces of that mixed in there. And there was doorstop, casing, base, & etc. It took awhile but I was able to find what I needed. Y'all need to hire someone to keep this stuff straightened out.

The employee near the self checkout , scanned all my items , I asked her not to , she shrugged off my concern and continued. Not a good customer service experience. I will still shop here because you have products I need for work. The customer service could use some training though.

over all a good store

I LOVE this store ! I ALWAYS enjoy shopping here, With the interesting variety of things, it never fails that I get sidetracked and buy more than I intended ! And it's not all that uncommon that I completely forget the boring things that I came in for ! Haha

Today, Oct. 1st, 2020.I was there between 3-5PM to buy some building materials (bolts and nuts). At the check-out, a kind elder lady was helping me with the check-out. Then I left the store to my car and ready heading home. While I try to grab my car key out of my pocket, but grab the store receipt instead. I again looked at the invoice. It showed 1 item was overcharged for 11. So I went back to inform the lady to try to make the correction for a refund. She could not help, but directed me to the customer service for help. (Mr. Wi...... grumpy old man with little hair on his bald head) Mr. Wil.... was the man with attitude that not even try to make things right, but throw a tantrum instead. I just wanted my refund back for an overcharged item. It still overcharged after he did the second invoice. I told him at least 3 times that the amount refund still overcharge. He blamed the machine instead. Then he storm to the lady that was helping me at the check-out earlier. Well, the lady was still busy and happy helping other customer. He not very happy. I ended up return everything, and went home unhappy. What a wasted day!

Home Depot Store #6951 provides a variety of things I need for my home and yard! During the Pandemic, I’ve worked on several projects on my own, for the first time! Shopping there helps to make my home project challenges much easier!

The Home Depot Store in Ruskin, Florida provides a team of people who are experienced, knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant! The store was well stocked and clean!

This is my local HD and I love it. I moved to the area 2 1/2 years and I enjoy shopping here.

Good place to shop. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable people. The place is clean and orderly. Keep in mind that this is a warehouse that is running on a 24 hour basis. Lots of teamwork. It’s a beautiful thing. I’m pretty good at being organized, but I’m always amazed at how something like Home Depot coordinates everything. As I stated before...It’s a good place to shop!
