Home Deport customer service is fantastic! We had an issue that was difficult to solve but the employees persevered until it was 100% taken care of and they were kind and professional in the process.

Have been shopping this location since the doors opened. Shopping online or in store this location is hands down the best in Colorado Springs. Have many projects in the Que, currently removing a small bed room to increase the master bedroom size while adding a 3/4 bath and walk in closet. Keep up the great work Ms. A. Smith and great staff.

Asked 3 employees for help getting a window off 2nd shelf. None of the three would help. One told me it wasn’t his job.

I felt like a criminal when I was recently told I had to produce a receipt for 3 small items purchased 3 days prior EVEN THOUGH THEY VERIFIED MY CREDIT CARD WAS USED FOR THAT PURCHASE: I have bought EVERYTHING at HD throughout the years. I am a minor "home flipper" as a hobby, and have probably improved about 10 houses in the last 15 years... Their staff was Always Friendly and have what i need. Doing a plumbing project (i'm not a plumber) i bought 3 valves knowing i could return the ones I didn't use. 3 days later, I go to return the ones that didn't fit. Customer service indicates that, "we can't return these, the computer says you need to call this '800' number to find out why." 25 min on hold (at the store), a guy then tells me that I must produce a receipt in order to return this $40 of stuff. Well, "ok" i thought to myself, i keep every receipt AT HOME, but WHY then would they have asked for my credit card that i purchased the stuff with, and verified that indeed that was the card used for the purchase (not to mention that they have my phone number and email address because they also emailed me a receipt). I asked CS why this would happen. Why in the world would they make me go home and get my receipt and come back later? Well, they indicated that maybe I "found" the merchandise (read: STOLE) or that maybe I had a propensity to buy stuff, use it, and then return it? Well, that has NEVER happened. EVER. Further, I would have to be the LUCKIEST THIEF in the world to find a HD bag with $40 worth of plumbing parts AND the dudes' wallet with the one credit card out of 5 that happened to be used for the purchase! Oh, AND happened to go home, drive back one hour later with the receipt JUST TO PROVE THAT I WASN'T A CRIMINAL. When back with the receipt, I brought two swing hinges that didn't fit the door. I didn't have the receipt and told CS that I bought them in January, but that a store credit would be just fine as I didn't want to go back home and dig for the receipt. Guess what? Yep, they looked it up on my credit card, agreed that i had indeed bought them there in January, and then told me I would have to "call the '800 number.'' I got tired of feeling like a criminal while simply trying to return items unused. I left the two brand new, in box, swing hinges with Customer Service, and let her know that I did NOT blame her, but that she can keep the hinges. This "criminal" won't be returning any time soon to Home Depot.

Really, $2.87 for a 3/4” PVC street el? Your cost was probably 20 cents. Well, its a free country. You’re free to overcharge for the little things needed to complete the project. I’m free to learn from the experience.

Employees clueless. Don't know how to properly assist a customer, don't know how to process rapid pass. Poorly trained and poorly managed. Alot of employees just walking around but none able to assist

Horrible customer service. Listened to them page twice to get us assistance. Left after 30 minutes of waiting. Cashier couldn’t even tell us the manager on duty and didn’t even bother to say have a nice day

There are almost never large carts in the store. The kind used for lumber or materials. Customers consistently walk inside only to realize the absence of carts and then have to go hunt down their own outside, rain or shine..

The appliance department specialists are friendly, professional, and customer service oriented!

In many areas I like the variety of products and comparative prices wishing a better and more extensive hardware selection

I recently visited the Southgate Homedepot in Colorado Springs and had a nice experience with a cashier who went out of her way to help me. Thank you Sandy for making my shopping experience positive.

Purchased MD 81" vinyl weather stripping. Very easy to install, good seal, and looks nice and clean.

I bought some dewalt products and the nice women in power tools found the battery i needed. The cashier explained how the warranties worked and how I could get a hd credit card

Excellent service. Found plants that I was looking for. Store was clean. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Make sure you talk to Leilani and Wendy before you purchase any appliances. They are the most knowledgable people I have met with regards to appliances. They take their time. They provide a full education about the appliance to make sure customers know what they are purchasing. This is the only location I'll be going to from now on.

I do shop a lot in this Store, just in each Aisle should be a Salesperson to assisst!!

We went to this Home Depot "just to look at what was available in freezers," and ended up buying one. Our Appliance Specialist, Leilani Tato, was obviously well trained at her job, and her personality is excellent for this position. It would be hard to walk away without buying something!!! :)

The employees I’ve interacted with at this store are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, especially Christopher in the appliance section. He is awesome! He genuinely cared about my needs and went above and beyond to help me get the right appliance. I love this Home Depot!

The best customer service I've had in a long time.

This last visit to your garden center was the worst yet. BUT Ethan was a great cashier!! The vendors delivering plants were incredibly RUDE ... making your customers get out of their way up and down the aisles!! Clearly your employees didn't have a problem with that either. Your employees avoid making eye contact HOPING you won't ask them for any help. You really need to work on this.
