Friendly people Knowledgeable and helpful

On that days trip I literally had continuity of care from the moment I came in. I had previously bought bolts from Denise for a 4 wheel cart that had lost a few bolts. Comedically enough, I don’t have tools lol. I don’t know how I expected to screw them in. So on this day I was greeted by the warm and amazing Sheila who called up…..you guessed it Denise to help me. Denise explained perhaps I could get a loaner tool from the borrow a tool program so she walked me To Jair and Issac in the borrow department. They help bolt my cart and answered carpet cleaner questions

This is a great store to shop at when I come to Phoenix great all associates are very friendly and knowledgeable

I enjoyed my visit to the store very much. Carita helped me and made sure that I was satisfied with my visit. The staff was very personable and Carita also helped me determine how to find the best savings.

Went into the 99th and camelback location this afternoon frantic panicking, scrambling for parts to complete a job and was greeted by Luna in the plumbing department. Not having the greatest of plumbing skills. This employee was able to decipher my horrible regurgitated description of parts that I have not the slightest clue of. She was patient kind and diligent with product knowledge that I was unaware of. This employee is a prime example of superior customer service, and a true asset to the company. .

Biridiana was wonderful and so helpful.

I went. To a different store to pick up some paint and they mixed it wrong. I went to my regular home depot and they were more than happy to take the paint back and mix 2 new cans for me. Instead of having to go back to the other store.

I bought the products a week ago and I'm using them today. The two staff members that helped me made the experience enjoyable.

The staff in this store need to know how to treat customer when there was an error happened already and should be trained. Never going to visit this store.

Greeting and acknowledging customers is a good way to make customers feel welcome. Assisting them makes them feel appreciated.

Chris at this location went above and beyond for us. We were extremely frustrated trying to fix the water function on our new fridge. He knew exactly how to help when he approached us.

The main reason I shop here is because it’s close to home, but the thing that keeps me coming back is it’s easy to get in and out, they make it easy to find what I need there and the store employees are helpful and courteous and make me feel welcome. The selection of items available is usually good and it’s rare I can’t find what I need.

Did not have any problem finding the materials I was looking for ,very organized

My to go store for all my home projects. Staff is always friendly and I get greeted. Always get help when I ask or randomly get ask of I need help by staff. Cashiers are always friendly when not using self check out.

The team here is great. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Thanks for making it such a good experience.

July 8, 2022 Tool rental department extremely rude employee , I have never been treated with such horrible customer service as I did from the young lady In the tool rental department everything from rolling her eyes to storming off very upset that I was there near closing time I could not believe the experience I had that night.

The staff was great and very knowledgeable.

Just want to leave a thank you and let ya’ll know I appreciate your patience and help. Sw store on 99 and camelback was busy today. Even with a busy store employees were helping everyone out and didn’t get frustrated. It eased some tensions around the hardware section. The lines were taken care of with reasonable time.
