Needed extra fencing and they had just what I needed in stock.

Needed some ideas on flooring but wasn’t looking to buy. Employees treated us like royalty on what ended up being a 50$ purchase. They’ll be our first stop when we do buy hardwood flooring.

I paid for premium lumber and for delivery but had to return half of lumber and other items because it had splits all throughout the bords, plus damaged items as well as being short on others. Very disappointed

When going through self check out, an associate was friendly and quick to assist with entering the individual nuts bolts washers.

Dreama was lovely during check out. Had a great visit.

I had an issues with a couple of items I bought and the customer rep and department employee were extremely helpful

I bought a lawn mower blade and it turned out to be the wrong length, you’d think I’d just be able to exchange it, it still had the stickers on it and everything….but no. They wouldn’t do the exchange because I didn’t keep my receipt. I didn’t want cash back or anything, simply to exchange it. Crazy.

My visits to the store and online purchases are second to none! The employees are very professional and friendly, which means a lot to me. I like the prices, and if needed, their return policy.

This is my favorite go-to store for my handyman business. They always have everything and anything I need and the staff is ever so friendly and helpful no matter what category my need is in. Super friendly staff and always a stellar experience!

I have been to this store before and it was horrible. Today, I was greeted by Jamie before I walked in good. She was ready to assist me when I was ready and help me through the whole process. The best experience I have ever had at this location.

I had carpet and laminate flooring installed in November 2021. The carpet went beautifully, the laminate did not. The laminate was not installed as I was led to believe it would be, this left me with quite a bit of unused material that had been delivered to my home. On November 27th I returned the bulk of the material, it was apparently more complicated than I could have ever imaged. I was there for about 35-40 minutes and I didn't have to wait in a line for service. Fast forward to January 24, 2022. I was under the impression the installation company would come back to fix the worst part of the installation, they did not. I finally went in to return the final piece leftover from the delivery back in November. On January 24th I was at the store for about 50 minutes, worked with 5 customer service representatives and finally gave up and left. On February 1st I returned and ended up working with two more representatives, this process took about 35-40 minutes. I was told with this visit I should be contacted by the accounting office and should receive a credit for the item either on my credit card or by check, I was advised to leave the item I was returning. As of 2/21/22 I had not received a call, a credit or a check. I was off of work that day and decided I would stay at the store for however long it took to get this resolved. It took about another 35-40 minutes. Thank God for Riem, the store manager. After working with two more representatives that day she came to my rescue, and by this point it honestly felt like a full blown rescue, this whole ordeal had been truly distressing. Riem, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I'm not a person to get upset, I've worked in customer service for over 30 years, I understand things can be difficult, at some point someone has to take ownership and get it done. You did just that and more...thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Your calm spirit calmed me, because by this point I was pretty fired up. I truly appreciate all you did to assist me that day, THANKS AGAIN!!! ***Please note, the only reason I'm giving a favorable review is because of Riem. I would recommend to a friend with a strong word of caution***

I shop here regularly and almost always find what I need

There is one woman who seems to be the main cashier at the pro desk register (I cannot remember her name). She is always welcoming customers as they arrive and wishing them a great day when they check out. She has done this for years. I am amazed she isn't a store manager at this point.

Staff are friendly, everything's generally easy to find.

I was at 2 places today and no one would help me. Went in this store and the people were so nice and talked and helped me . It was the best place to shop in a long time. They were helpful with a smile. They had what I needed and helped me get it all done with a lot of smiles. Never got short with me never was trying to run off. They did there jobs with the most respect I have had in a long time. So proud of the ones who helped me. Just great people working at a good place. Thank you for this.

Generally speaking, larger chain stores are not known for customer service. This is not the case with the Home Depot store in SW Richmond, Virginia.

Both products, the trimmer and blower are excellent and work well.

Kelly is the best person to get assistance in store she help me with the purchase of my new washer and dryer! She is very personable and honest her customer service was beyond Wow!

Each employee was pleasant to us they seem very happy about their jobs. The store was well organized. Good job guys.

I was having a time finding clay pots and saucers. Home depot had both and Well display and priced.

To anyone needing assistance with flooring, be sure to ask for Davon. This representative assisted me on several occasions in the past but this one was exceptional. He’s very knowledgeable and will go out his way to help anyone from the beginning of the process to the end. His experience helped resolve a problem that other members of the business wasn’t able to do. Thanks again Davon, I truly appreciate you.

I actually live ( by a couple of miles) closer to another leading home improvement store but will drive the extra mile or so to go to Home Depot. The store is well lighted, aisles clearly marked and folks readily available ( most of the time) to help or find you someone familiar with the object you need.
