The management team is excellent. The employees in each department are very knowledge or even licensed in there field such as Fred the plumber. Since I shop there very often, I know most of the employees at the Syosset Home Depot. Jason the manager and Dee Dee the assistant manager take care of my many needs maintaining several homes. It is s pleasure to shop there weekly and I usually are able to Park in the handicapped spot near the door They also have carts in three different locations to accommodate there customers. It gives off a strong family bond when you interact with each employee in the store. I am very fortunate to live around the corner which makes it very convenient for my weekly shopping and the size of the store allows you to get in and out. The products are easy to find with the labels at the beginning of the store. Someone is always in the department for immediate service. The store is very clean and the shopping carts have no garbage in them and stores neatly in front of the store Everyone is friendly and very helpful You can use this store for a tv commercial

Great layout, great customer service. Staff is always helpful in finding things or in how to advice. Been shopping there for years and know many of the staff by name. It's a large store but staff acts like a small hardware store in their personalized service.

Will never return to this Home Depot. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. Manager was clueless. Million people working there but all respond with “this is not my department”.

My favorite area Home Depot; courteous staff and a general good vibe within the store.

Associates were extremely friendly and especially Mike R who helped me carry chair to my car. As an 86 year old woman, this was absolutely wonderful! great customer service

The Syosset store is a busy one on the weekends with some problems at checkout in the garden. I would recommend making wider checkouts in the garden exit as I found it to be too cramped also people could not freely walk in and out of the store.

I would highly recommend the Syosset store in general but their rental repair service is very limited and not very up to standard but the workers are great

This is by far the best Home Depot I've ever been to. They have the best employees that go above and beyond to help and make sure you are truly getting what you need.

i was dissapointed that there was not muchchoice in batteries but the cashier Azra helped me find what i needed even the i had to look thru two brands to find what i wanted

Nice staff so helpful and kind

After a brief wait while she helped another customer w/an issue a cashier, Jessica, was able to give me specific and accurate directions to find something relatively obscure. It was almost as far away from her register as was possible in the huge store and I'm thankful for her help. I even made a point of going back to her to check out! She was professional and personable, leaving a very positive impression. At the other end of the building another employee walked me closer to exactly where I had to go. It was all good!

Staff very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable. They have helped us with advise on repairs that saved us a lot of money! Store usually not crowded and lines are short.

All floor associates were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The Syosset Home Depot is my favorite store because of their employees.
