Tehachapi Home Depot has the best pro desk employees! They are always quick, knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. And they’re positive attitudes are appreciated.

Recently moved to Tehachapi and am very pleased to find Home Depot here and only a few miles from my home. The store is quite large and the people are very helpful and friendly. Over the last month we have shopped at the Home Depot at least once a day as we make our new (30 year old) home our own. Thank you for being who you are.

Everyone is very friendly, polite and informative - love this store

Each time I needed assistance I received it fully, and was handed the item I came for. I think this store has great staff.

I found myself in the habit of ordering most everything online, then our main refrigerator went out and because of delays caused by COVID, the earliest repair date would be 2 weeks out. So I went in thinking about a mini refrigerator I could take home, just to get by, but the gal who waited on me showed me a larger (but still compact) fridge on the floor that was much more attractive that would comfortably fit our needs and I could have it right away. Bottom line, the in-store experience was much more satisfying than I would have had with one of the "biggies" online. I'm now a fan of returning to in store shopping at Home Depot.

Home Depot # 6835 in Tehachapi is extremely well administered and run. Shopping at this store is always a pleasure as was the case today!

As DIY project maniacs, we are at this HD often. The employees are always friendly and helpful...cutting down wood, mixing paint, figuring out flooring installation...you name it. The store is neat and checkout is usually quick and friendly.

ONE MORE SUGGESTION THAT I FAILED TO INDICATE FOR SAETY. PUT UP HAND SANITIZER STATIONS FOR CUSTOMER USE IN THE STORE.

This store by far, is the most friendliest, welcoming, and helpful store out of all the other Home Depot stores that I've shopped, over the past 25 years. I've placed several orders, and they hit the nail on the head each time. They have delivered large orders to the jobsite, and that went smoothly. My normal trips there is nearly every day, and sometime two to three times a day. But, living in a small town, I find that this Home Depot has more heart. The workers call you by name, and we get to know each other on a personal level, which is both friendly and professional. Even now during this Covid, they wear their masks, and have protections for their workers and customers, and yet, not once have I heard any of the workers complain. Not once! So, if you are ever in the neighborhood, then pay this store a visit. Yes, it's a big box store, but the workers give it a soul.

I have been unhappy with the Tehachapi store for a couple years but this trip was a rejoinder.

As stated in my survey, the cashier short change me by $ 10.00. Not a happy camper. I WILL NEVER SHOP IN YOUR TEHACHAPI STORE AGAIN....

This store is taking high steps to keep it clean and following all the rules for California especially during this time.

Average Home Depot store. Nothing fancy or different about this Home Depot compared to any other Home Depot. Most of the staff they have working is nice but lack general knowledge about products or their whereabouts in the store.

The store was clean. The associates from greeter to cashier were helpful. I found what I wanted and was out of the store in no time at all. Thank you Tehachapi Home Depot ☺

Very clean, employees helpful and friendly and all the stuff a handyman can go literally broke buying! A win win plus I got all the items I needed and found a BBQ I'm probably gonna buy!

The lawn sprinkler display indicated bulk pricing was available for 6 or more items on the same receipt. I purchased 6 identical sprinklers but the bulk price discount was not applied. I asked a store representative why the bulk price was not applied and was told there was nothing they could do about it.

Store is clean, for a hardware/lumber store. products pretty much easy to find. If you can't, good luck finding associate to help. If you do most of time they make you feel like you're bothering them. Or they just don't show up. (Crickets) Hard to find some one to help you. Need a manager? Good luck.

Customer service was great. Store looked a bit rough...but overall, selection was good. MET team members Joe and Dez were really helpful and got us to what we needed, before handing us off to the Pro Desk to finish our purchase. Great store...great community.
