For all auto/motorcycle mechanics, this is an unbelievable tool! After using 3+ foot breaker bars in futility, the Milwaukee M18 2767-20 impact driver is a "nut buster" like I've not seen before! It has several power level settings, and even on "less the full," It removed 170+lb. "red lock-tited" torqued nuts like they were hand-tight! I've heard this thing called "The Beast," and so it is. Pricey? I think so, but it is "Pro-Level," and performs like it. This is a great investment, and when nothing else will do the job....

Floor staff were patient and helped me to find a cordless drill right for my needs and budget, cashier was friendly and helpful.

Everyone that I have ever asked a question to at the store has always been friendly and helpful but Duane in appliances is my favorite. Super knowledgeable and takes his time to help!!

I went and grabbed a cart. put everything i was going to buy in it. went to pay. told the cashier Micheal i was going to make two separate transactions. one personal and one for the company i work for. he rang up the business transaction first, the company credit card has my bosses name on it. he called someone over and told me i needed to go to customer service to make business purchase. told her great, i would do that as soon as i purchased my personal transaction. she told Micheal to ring me up, i paid and asked Micheal for the items in my business transaction so i can go over and make the phone order to purchase my business transaction. he told me “no” he couldn’t hand me the stuff. i told him i was going to take it to customer service and complete my transaction there. he told me “i’m sorry i can’t do that” as he turned his back on me. WHY NOT?! why did i have to walk around the store and repick up all the items?! (did he think i would steal the items? FINE, WALK THEM OVER TO CUSTOMER SERVICE YOURSELF AND EXPLAIN THE SITUATION TO THEM SO I CAN BUY THE ITEMS!) THATS HORRIBLE! i’ve never been more furious, he wasted my time and was rude!

I was looking for an item and couldnt find it. The employees actually helped me find it unlike other stores. Also very quick and friendly

Duane at appliances is knowledgeable about all products. Hep d us decide on som products.

I had to tell them how to solve my problem they couldn’t figure it out 2 managers and 1 cashier

This Temecula store contains numerous items not available in Murrieta. They have many friendly and helpful staff!!!

Customer service at this store is substandard. Associates are too self involved and dismissive to offer help. Of the four associates we interacted with today, the only one who was helpful was the one taking our money.

This store is easily eclipsed by the Murrieta store which is the best run store within 100 miles. Even though I had never met Anne in hardware I could spot her immediately as special by her demeanor and service. She was trained in and worked 10 years at Murrieta and it showed. People like her should do the training or retraining of the Temecula employees so that they get the exposure of a true professional yet down-to Earth individual.

everything difficult to find... online it says soap dishes are with the door locks.. ??? Makes zero sense.. employees always send me in the opposite direction so I end up just shopping for things online instead and having them sent to my po box.. minor inconvenience but better then going to this location to shop..

My wife and I have lived in Temecula for 22 years and have found the Home Depot to be of great service . It has been especially useful for finding information and guidance in determining how to correct or install things like plumbing issues, electrical problems, painting, tool replacement, etc. Often we have been able to get honest, responsible recommendations for professional help in getting jobs done around the house. Although there are other options in the city, it is good to have an accessible "Home Depot" store in our community.

The associate at the appliance desk was very helpful and assisted me in finding what I needed and was able to order it for me due to unavailability in store. She was polite and quite friendly and had knowledge of of what I needed.

This store is always neat and organized and customer service is above average.
