This store was truly amazing, their staff (Andrea, Jackson, Heather and James) helped us with all of our needs and tile, bathroom vanities, answering questions and loading. Our pickup was very full when we were driving away. It's a 1 1/2 hour drive, but they made it worth it.

This store always has in stock the items I'm seeking and I can readily find them in the store. There is another home improvement store much closer to me, but they have less selection and somewhat lower quality of items. I usually end up going to Home Depot to get the items I need.

I have purchased a beautiful patio set from Home Depot and could not have made a better choice. Excellent quality and beauty.

I do not have to wait for the lawn mower I want to be delivered, it is already in stock and just picked them up.

Employees are not very helpful and most are not knowledgeable about anything in the store.

Everything in the store is well organized and easy to find. Store employees are helpful and courteous. We shop here before any other do it yourself store.

Great store bought cabinets sales associate was very happy and helpful

One of the main reasons why I love this store is although I have the app and can easily at times find where things are, employees typically stop me before I can find it on my app and ask if I need assistance. At that moment, instead of looking at it on my app, they quickly can point me in the right direction much faster than if I were to look it up on the app. Not only that, when I have a question about any work that I'm doing at home, they are very knowledgeable and can assist me with the things that I need. I appreciate that.

I was working on a project, and couldn’t find the right isle or bay for the product I needed. But luckily John over in Hardware was able to assist me and help me find exactly what I needed. Thanks John!

Ahren Shorts took the time to go through appliances with us. Answered all questions. Took the time to actually talk to us. What a great gentleman he is.

Stress levels can be high when your refrigerator suddenly goes out and you are faced with not only an unexpected large purchase but also losing your food security, investment in groceries and your ability to prepare meals for yourself and/or your family. So for me, a self employed single mom of a special needs child this felt devastating and overwhelming. But choosing Home Depot was a blessed choice. The amazing Appliance Specialists I worked with were wonderful, caring individuals that made sure I had a friendly experience. Both Rachel B. And Paul H. took the time to listen to me and that stress turned into a blessing. I purchased the product I wanted at a competitive price I'm happy with, it will be delivered in a timely fashion and they will remove the old appliance for me. I can't emphasize enough how important personable in-store experiences are in an online shopping trending society. Home Depot for the win! I want to thank Rachel, Paul and the other employees who were so professional, kind and courteous. You have my gratitude and God bless y'all for helping me.

I was promptly greeted and asked about my projects. It's hard to get help at other stores. The cashier pointed me to the correct isle and the salesperson was a great help. He took interest in my project and showed me what I needed. I'm glad because my next project I'll be spending 1000K

Could not get help to load heavy items into back of truck. Waited over 10 minutes before finally attempting to load myself. A customer assisted while several employees strolled by as I struggled, offering nothing. I spend lots of money at this store and it’s a shame. Maybe I will try lowes…

I tried to explain to the cashier my item wasn’t ringing up at self checkout and she says “yes it is”. I had to insist that the item wasn’t ringing up so she would help me. When she finally helped me, she was very rude and acted like I was bothering her.

Andrea searched the entire store for a fan in February. We walked the entire store and finally found them and got Tu involved who got the forklift and got one down. Hyper Customer Service!!

After discovering that the refrigerator did not fit properly in kitchen, we asked the delivery team if they would take it back and they said to call customer service. Several times we asked them if they would take it back and they insisted we call customer service. They left. We called customer service. Finally went back to store and they were extremely helpful in helping us pick out a new refrigerator, did not charge us to re-stock and scheduled pickup of refrigerator that did not fit and did not charge extra. It made a frustrated experience so muck better and therefore we will shop at Home Depot again. Thanks to Rachel Burkhouse we will be a repeat customer.

I’ve never had a greater experience than at this Home Depot!!! The two employees I had contact with were sooo nice and they went above and beyond for me. Great store and great customer service. I live in Round Rock Texas but this store will be my go to when I need something. I will drive out of my way just to be treated like family and that I matter as a customer and person.

It is easy to find things in this store then other stores like this one.

Do NOT shop on Monday mornings when this store is evidently restocking. The workers clearly take precedence over customers and most aisles are blocked
