I received GREAT customer service!!! My salesman took the time to show me different types of materials and explained the difference in each, providing me with the knowledge that I needed to complete my project!

We were short 5 pull knobs for our kitchen cabinets and were well pleased to find them in stock. The store is always clean and orderly. And the safety precautions are well thought out. I observed an employee operating a forklift in a very safe manner, being guided by another employee who not only checked the aisle the forklift was on but also the adjacent aisle to insure no other customers would be endangered while retrieving product from the top shelf. Pretty impressive - good training shows and is appreciated...

Employees were very helpful, especially Laura at the checkouts. She is awesome.

This store has always been clean, neat and very well stocked on each of my visits. Very friendly staff.

The store is clean and has a good selection, the staff is helpful and friendly, the lumber department needs more help, I spend too much time waiting for help and nearly always do it myself, the price of lumber has gotten much higher than last year and I'm finding that treated lumber especially is very poor quality, what is going on with quality control?, I'm guessing that the price is so high because your paying not only for the one piece of lumber that you find that is usable but also for the 10 to 15 pieces that are going to get thrown away, what I am finding on the shelves is only about 25% usable, a lot of what I bought and used lately from home depot I haven't been happy with, seems to me price could be better if your getting a better product or at least your customers could get what they are paying for, step up home depot buyers and do some QC.

The store employee was helpful and friendly, there need to be more training with store employees regarding the importance and safety of wearing face mask and put a disciplinary consequences in place

I saw nothing wrong while I shopped! Nice clean store and very nice associates that were very friendly. I found just what I was looking for and that made Me very happy! When I needed help I was pleased with the service I received from them.They were very helpful. In big stores that kind of service is very important to me. I do not like to walk a store and hope I can fined what I am looking for. I did not have to experience this at The Home Depot. I am a happy shopper! Thank you so much!

I would rate their customer service at about 25%. I asked for employees for assistance in locating a product before the 4th employee took the time to look up on her device and actually went and got the product and brought it to me. Based on the directions of the first two employees, I circled the store.

The customer service at the Texarkana, TX Home Depot blows the competition away!

All around an excellent experience

Because of the coronovirus situation, things were set up for customers to quickly shop, check out, and leave the store. Was taken directly to item I purchased instead of directing me and an employee helped me check out my large electronic item in the "seft help" lane. Was in and out of store in no time.

As retired USAF, I have been all over this nation and I have to say, the level of quality in service and available product is without equal; thank y'all for always helping us out. You always thank me for my service...well, it was my honor!

i was helped by cashier Lecesha yesterday and today. That was the fastest that i have ever been checked out. She was friendly and courteous. The employee that helped us with the doors we purchased today she was very helpful and friendly.

I returned patio pavers on 2/29/20 and received a store credit of $89.54. On 3/6/20 I used $53.46 of that credit buying other items. On 3/9/20 I used the last $9.02 in store credit and paid $131.41 in cash, not debit card, cash as in dollar bills. I had forgotten to return a roller handle from the receipt on 3/6/20 before making the purchase on 3/9/20. They would not just give me cash back for the roller handle so I attempted to return the entire purchase of $140.43, get the roller handle added to the $9.02 store credit, get my $131.41 refunded in cash and make the entire purchase all over again. When I tried to return everything, within 5 minutes of the original purchase, I was denied. So I ask to just put the roller handle on a gift card and that was denied as well. The store manager on duty at the time said there was nothing he could do and advised me to call the number on the receipt, so I did. That was a third party company that told me since I was in a twin city, I could not live in AR with an AR drivers license and make the return in TX. But I did exactly that with the pavers on the 2/29/20 return mentioned above. They suggested that I drive 2.5 hours away to a HD in the closest city in AR, or get someone with a TX drivers license to make the return for me. Well, since they ask you for your DL when using a store credit, it would not match the person who returned it with the TX DL and I would not get to use it. This entire process has been a joke with incompetent people trying to resolve it.

I purchased a Champion log splitter at the Texarkana Home Depot. The service/advice/help was exceptional. I would definitely recommend shopping at this location.

Texarkana store is always clean..well organized..and we'll stocked..Home Depot in Texarkana is the only store we go to for a wide variety of items..Staff members are always polite and willing to assist you in finding an item or items
