Always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Better selection of products and merchandise and reasonably priced. I shop there even though there are closer stores.

this store is known as a contractor store so the employees are very qualified to help out in whatever you need to purchase

Please put up signs around the garden area to let people know where to go for exchanges and refunds. Hire better employees. Provide them with training so they know how to treat your customers.

I was very happy to see the cage that the spray paints are kept in unlocked as I was easily able to make my purchases without locating an employee to unlock the cage. Hopefully it being unlocked was intentional. It certainly was convenient.

Hats off to this store for having adequate staffing and for selecting and training very customer-focused employees. Special thanks to Helen, Mark, and Rodney for making my experience today excellent! I appreciated that Assistant Manager Tony was very responsive when I commended these employees. He even wrote down their names so that he could give each one a pat on the back, which doesn't usually happen in my experience. Clearly, caring starts at the top in this store.

This Home Depot store is generally well-stocked, orderly, and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful--especially Danny from the flooring department. I received exemplary customer service from him. He was eager to help me even though I "caught" him in a different department.

I've been going to the Thunderbird store for about 19 years. The staff there have always been very helpful and friendly. Countless projects I've done were made a lot easier because of this. The staff have always been good about helping when you have any trouble knowing where to start looking for the right item.

As I was in search for my last item the store announced that it was closed. I walked towards an associate to hope he could help me find the correct bit size as it was all I needed. This was about 20 seconds after the closing announcement occurred. The associates name was “Guy” I asked “ I need help finding one last item” to which he responded “ sorry can’t help you the store is closing” I insisted one last question. His response was “You better make it quick”. Extremely rude. I hope management gets involved and hold him accountable. Not just for my sake he shouldn’t be talking to anyone like that.

There were a lot of associates, but none that seemed to want to have customers around. I had to ask for help and tried to speak to the manager, but didn’t get to do that either. One associate patronizingly asked if I brought someone with me when I asked him for help. I asked for a specific item by name. When I told him that my husband was also looking for someone to help us find that item he pointed to the same aisle I had been in.

Zach, Electrical Manager, and Estephan, Tooling Manager, provided exceptional customer service when going above their area duties by helping me with my weed wacker.

Is one of the best stores that are near my house.

The best most knowledgeable paint dept employees of any home depot in the valley. The behr paint rep and ppg paint rep are top notch help for the professional painter. The only downside is the lack of mask enforcement by management and employees. These "rebels" need to be told to shop elsewhere if they can't follow the safety rules. Step it up home depot.

Great Customer Service in the Design Center. If you ever need Design Center services, check out this Home Depot. The women that are the Consultants in this store are awesome and have superior knowledge of their inventory and department knowledge.

Raina, Jacinta, Mary, Sissy, Jerry & Fred are AMAZING! They are always eager to help with positive attitudes. They go above and beyond everytime I shop to make my expierance a great one! I go out of my way to shop this HD because of the fantastic employees they have.

This location has always meets our needs. Sanitation standards are always in place. The staff are always very friendly and super knowledgeable. I always find what I am looking for even if it is a fast moving product they seem to have merchandise in stock. I actually live closer to a different location but prefer this location due to the wonderful associates that work there.

I received great customer service at the lumber cutting station. Terry was friendly, professional, skilled, and efficient. Home Depot is lucky to have him!
