I noticed that I can find exactly where I’m the store a product is by finding it online. There is a rom and bay number. It also indicates if it is in stock and how many. I hadn’t noticed this before. It’s awesome. Will use again.

AMANDA IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A GREAT REPRESENTATIVE FOR HOME DEPOT. SHE SOLVED MY DELIVERY ISSUE WITH SPEED AND KINDNESS, SOMETIMES LACKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD HOLD ON TO HER . IF I HAD A BUSINESS I WOULD HIRE HER IN A HEARTBEAT. THE TWO YOUNG MEN WHO DELIVERED WERE ALSO KIND AND CARING . I WISH I KNEW THERE NAMES. I experienced extraordinary service and assistance at the Lumber department last evening. As panic as I was by the "out of stock" and short supply toppled with price hike situation, Aziz remained calm and serving to my needs. Aziz understood why I was extremely cautious about cutting my boards, he patiently measured, re-measured, and re-measured before the cuttings. AZIZ's service model shall be emulated! THANK YOU.

Absolutely. Manger Luke, and a BUNCH of other employees (KENDRA, MERLIN IN LUMBER, NATALIE AT RETURNS, CHLOE S., WOLF, REBECCA) naming just a few, made this shopping experience super wildly beyond my most ultimate expectations!!!! All were helpful, kind, caring, considerate, knowledgable ... I don't have enough room here for all the adjectives I would use to describe them! Way to go, Home Depot Tigard! YOU ROCK!!!

What could have become a nightmare return situation was handled professionally and the outcome was satisfactorily resolved. Home Deport corporate customer service was a joke and quickly passed the buck. Met and discussed issue with the assistant store manager in charge of the department and we were able to work through the issue. Customer service is not measured in what you have to do for a customer....instead in what you don't have to do....but do anyway to make a long time customer into a lifetime customer. Mission accomplished. Thank you Tigard team!

Well managed, well stocked especially in the current climate but the online order and pickup process is too easy. Just follow the texting instructions when you arrive and they’ll have it out in no time. You can even send an alert you’re on the way. Awesome is you only need one thing and are time short.

I recently had the BEST shopping experience ever! During the pandemic, in my attempt to avoid indoor shopping, I have done online shopping at the Tigard Home Depot several times and it is always very easy and convenient. Recently, I needed to purchase two security doors (one of which was a custom order) and I had so many questions that doing online shopping just wasn't possible. I called the store, and Tod in the doors and window department was incredibly helpful. Over a period of at least three or four separate phone calls, Tod answered all my questions and I was able to make a very informed decision. Tod even wrote up a draft order and emailed it to me to review ahead of signing the actual order so that I could just zip in, sign the order, and be done in just a few minutes. Tod really went above and beyond to ensure my shopping experience went very well. Thank you to Tod and all the other Tigard Home Depot employees who are working hard as frontline workers during this pandemic to help ensure our safety and an excellent shopping experience.

I’ve been shopping at the store for over 20 years I’m a general contractor and I always have been treated well by the employees that have been there for a while also cashiers are always friendly well again they all know me by name by far I’m as far as the managers I’ve never had any problems reaching out to them or something not getting resolved I would recommend the store in a heartbeat I am there a couple times a day sometimes and like I said 20 years it’s something

This review is mainly Tammy, about an employee in the appliance department of the Tigard Home Depot. Several years ago she helped my husband and me buy appliances. She was so helpful, and had so much knowledge and insight. Today, when I was shopping for a new dishwasher and found out that she still works there, I was so excited. She once again proved to be invaluable in guiding me to a good appliance. She's also very nice, and also very efficient getting all the required paperwork done.

Two team members in particular went above and beyond to help us get the right materials and to modify them with tools the store had available in their Rental Tool area, so that we are ready to hit the ground running. Everyone we asked for assistance did their best and, although a little inexperience was present, overcame all challenges and got us well taken care of. Small town service in a very large business. Impressive

Went in for a few things such as a purchase with my gift card and a return . An employee James helped me with both using my card and carrying and lifting a very heavy roll of plastic to customer service . Great exceptional customer service . Was very knowledgeable of my questions .

This Home Depot has been exceptionally responsive to my needs each time I've come. Despite disruptions in deliveries caused by COVID challenges, the clerk researched and found a solution for us on how to purchase a mid-size refrigerator we recently really needed for downstairs. Very patient throughout and very supportive on maintenance guidance.
