We were in the market for a new dishwasher and hoped to find a Labor Day sale. Everyone in the store is helpful and friendly, but one employee, in particular, stood out. The Appliance Specialist, Scott Shoman, took the time to answer all of our questions and to find exactly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We will be replacing other appliances and will be back to see Scott. We had a great shopping experience.

VERY busy appliance department but Scott did well dealing with the number of folks looking for a hand and we appreciated the time and efforts he took for us.

This place is my favorite HD they are always helpful and for all the years i lived in northfield i used it . I still have to go there when other HD stores do not have what i need

I visited the Tilton store as it is near my home Everyone there was pleasant, professional and friendly. They all were knowledgeable about the products I was asking about. Stacey, the cashier was very friendly and helpful and the young man that helped me load my car was very nice and helpful. All in all a good visit.

For the second time we had an amazing experience with employees in the appliance department. 2 years ago we had a great experience replacing a major appliance. This time it was Scott who helped me select and order a washer and dryer. I hate buying appliances, but Scott made it much easier and answered all of my questions. It'll be a while before the appliances come in, but I appreciate the exceptional customer service so far.

Leah Grant flooring specialist was great in helping me find and piece together all the cabinets that were needed to remodel my kitchen, she went out of her way to track down everything for me. Parker Asst. manager was extremely helpful in making the purchases a nice experience. Nick in loading was right there to help get the order loaded, and others at the store that help get the cabinets off the racks.

This store is much cleaner and the aisles weren't a maze of store equipment. It is a working warehouse, but it it isn't cluttered with store tooling.
