Several visits in the past 3 years have been so unprofessional. There are no customer service employees knowledgeable enough to solve an issue, and this includes the operations manager. There are 3 employees at this location who know the business. This last transaction was to pick up a washer and dryer I paid for. Customer service refused to give the washer and dryer. I contacted a service rep out of Atlanta and he spoke with the Tooele Store. The Tooele store told the rep to have me return to the store and pick up the washer and dryer and was to offer me a $75 gift card. The second attempt to pick up the merchandise I was met with hostility and disrespect and no mention of a gift card. I cancelled the order after the second attempt to pick up the washer through a HD rep in Phoenix.

I love Home Depot. I was always receive friendly smiles and warm welcoming and most importantly the best customer service.

Always happy to go to Home Depot. We go to the store at least 2-3 times per week. If Lynda is there, I always go to her counter. She is very helpful, kind, and professional. The store is clean, and the Associates are friendly.

I always get the help I need. I am not a "handyman" person so I require experts to guide me. I get that at this store.

Friendly and helpful employees

My husband and I are long time residents to Tooele County. We are so thankful that Home Depot moved in. Compared to other businesses that have moved in, this Big Box Store of products is truly a blessing. They carry many wonderful products, and the staff is wonderful.

The Tooele Home Depot is a great place to shop. It is clean, organized and the employees are helpful and friendly. I can use the Home Depot website to locate items within the store using my phone. In fact, I often look for items on the website before I leave home. I can find and compare the inventory, decide what I want, and make a list before I even leave home. If I have questions or need help loading my purchases the employees are ready to help.

Everyone is super nice and helpful whether they know the answer is not they will find out.

As long as you don't need anything at the Pro desk, Christine is always talking to other employees, doesn't act interested in anything other than conversing with her employee friends. She's been there a long time, maybe it's time for a change. But the Sales Clerk Lynda is an exceptional, friendly, helpful, and consciencious person. Always courteous and caring.

Tami in paint is a great resource to help you with color selection, paint mixing, etc. She'll also make the interaction enjoyable.
