The store was organized fairly well and well stocked. Prices were competitive and sometimes better than local hardware stores, My only suggestion is to have more sales assistants available particularly in the electrical and plumbing departments..

Came into this store to buy a particular spray paint (Employee Abdul - young guy) immediately offered assistance without me asking. He took a great amount of time trying to find it, it wasn’t available but he offered an alternative which I bought. Excellent customer service by Abdul, he was very sincere about assisting me. He turned me into repeat shopper at your store.

I called the store and associate Jaron checked the shelves for product I needed. I explained to him that I was in the Manteca store and inventory was not accurate to what was in store and I wanted to ensure they had what I needed prior to driving to Tracy. He was very helpful. Once I arrived I was in and out of the store in minutes with the assistance of Jaron and cashier Serrina.

We came to the store around 8:00 pm to pick up 28 bags of 60lbs concrete mix on will call. Todd, the assistant manager, wanted his associate to load the pallet on our aluminum trailer, partially sitting on the gate. When we saw that the heavy load could potentially damage the gate of the trailer, we asked for the forklift operator to stop and that the concrete could be loaded by hand. Todd did not look too happy. There was another associate there, Tyrese. Tyrese loaded our first order just days before and he handled them extremely well. We were so happy with the way he loaded the 28 bags. But this time, Todd wanted to do the loading. We stood and watched Todd, the assistant manager, loaded 27 bags of the 60lbs concrete mix on our trailer. He slammed every single bag down so hard that bags of concrete broke when we looked the next day. We now have to unload broken bags of concrete and clean the trailer because there are concrete mix everywhere on the trailer! We usually see management members have great work ethics in retailing; but not at this particular Home Depot. So disappointed!

Easy to find products, store was clean, and the associates were helpful and friendly.

This site is always so clean and well stocked. The employees here awesome. Anyone that I've ever made contact with during the 7 or so years that I've been coming here, has always been very knowledgeable about product and very friendly and helpful. The level of customer service at this location blows me away. IT'S 5 STAR SERVICE HERE FOR SURE! You just don't see customer service like this much anymore. I truly appreciate everyone at this Home Depot. GREAT JOB, FOLKS!! Thank you!

This store is doing it right - great staff, always friendly, and organized. But when Sarah helped us the other day, knew I'd do all my home improvement shopping here. So helpful at the register, got folks back in line with a smile, not an attitude. Walked me thru self checkout and went above and beyond with a credit issue. Thanks Sarah !

Always have a great experience here. Always stocked with what I need. Would like to see more makita and sales on makita more often lol. But they always have what it takes to complete the job at hand. And I love the tracy location over any other and love hd over ace and lows. Always have a better experience. Always always thanks for all your hard work tracy!!!

The store is equipped with a wide range of products. The employees are very gentle and have patient to listen to our issues and were eager to solve in a proper way. Neat and clean store and have almost everything a model home needs. Keep it up

Had a difficult time finding some products and could not find any assistance for quite some time

This was the best Home Depot experience I have had, the employee ALI from kitchen department had amazing customer service; she was very kind and knowledgeable. Also STEVEN within management was just as amazing; such a kind, helpful, humble staff member. Home Depot is lucky to have these two members part of their team.

The associate, Mathew had provided excellent customer service at the edger and lawn mowing section. He was very helpful and friendly. He ensured that we chose the product that we needed.
