Richard in electric in Troutdale understood our confusion, showed us the product we needed, demonstrated and explained 3 times how to use it, found our lost phone, turned it in, saw us, and informed us and made sure we got the phone. Brittanie checked us out cheerfully.

I have been shopping at this store for 10+ years I like seeing familiar staff in each department, currently in pandemic stock availability (in some things are under supplied from manufacture) I can’t think of more attentive staff to answer questions and help find products. To the staff keep it up!

Manager will attempt to hold you to policy they can not back up in written documentation and you had no way of knowing upon purchase nor order.

Managed to get in and out without any delay. Found what I was looking for and self-checkout was a breeze. Store was well stocked and clean.

I've been coming here for about 20 years now. The employees at the Troutdale Home Depot have been consistently helpful and knowledgable over that period of time.

I would highly recommend this Home Depot in Troutdale as they are not only friendly but go out of their way to help find what you are looking for. I was looking for the exact same item that I had purchased years ago, couldn't seem to find although I was searching in the isle that I thought it should be. A friendly employee asked if he could help and though it took some time, he was able to locate the exact same item. Very happy and will shop again and again, nice folks.

Well stocked store and normally I can find anything without assistance, except for the screws and bolt aisle. Huge selection and tough to navigate with my limited knowledge. Very rare when I go into the store when they were out of what I wanted. It did happen last Spring when I was looking for a specific lawn edger with assorted attachments. This item was so popular most stores sold out. I will purchase more attachments if I win the $5G.

I apreciate the employees and their knowledge about certain products. I needed to replace an old shower valve and a gentleman in plumbing was able to help me with the right product!!

Came in looking for a specific appliance, sales associate Holly F was so friendly, helpful and kind. We were told our type of appliance is typically not kept in stock in store but she did have a couple in stock and took the extra time to go up and look through them. When she didn’t have the exact one on the shelf, she offered to look at the Black Friday ad to see if anything matched. Once again nothing matched. She was kind enough to help us look up a couple online and compare and was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. When we decided on our appliance Holly helped us get it ordered so effortlessly. She was a pleasure to work with.

Loading crew where on point. Juan and the other dude working with him helped out so much. They helped move 80 peices of drywall, insulation, and a slider into my small Uhaul.

I had a very nice experience with the appliance department (I believe her name is Cindy) . She was so kind, professional and genuinely wanted to help me. I had quite not great experience with the delivery, however the arrangement team was exceptional in resolving the issues that arose. Thank you.

Lost prevention will follow you from the moment you enter the store all the way until you make your payment for your merchandise if THEY think you would steal.

This store guarantees the products it sells so it is worth it to buy product warranties. And the staff is friendly and helpful.

Faith Lumber Cashier Honored my Military Discount and made me feel appreciated with the fires and power outages I was making a breakout box to set my refrigeration to switch from grid to solar to generator or any combination of that... And needed some parts from your store.

Keep your dogs at home. We don't need more space taken up by dogs, it's not Petco.

Troutdale is good. Stay away from TIGARD location at 5036393500 !! They do not give a S>>> about you or sales . TIGARD IS terrible. ATTENTION STAY AWAY FROM TIGARD .
