The Trussville, AL Home Depot store has an amazing staff that offers excellent customer service! My husband and I are in the middle of a home reno, and I have not gone into the store once and they haven't gone above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Great Job, Trussville!

Yvonne was very professional and The Home Depot had what we were looking for.

I shopped another Home Depot and Lowe’s , but this the Trussville location went over and beyond to supply all my needs of the purchase that I made. I will definitely shop this location again

Went in the store for a few small things. One aisle was caged off on both ends. I ask one of the sales associates how long would it be before I could come to get what I needed. He told me he did not know, and he was no help in getting the items I needed. Seems to me I was keeping him from doing other tasks. Luckily, a lady sales associate heard this, and this allowed me to get the items I needed. My point, stocking during business hours and not help customers is not a good practice. Hopefully, this will not happen again but if it does, I will speak up next time. Thanks, David

Store was clean. Employees were helpful. I was told someone would contact me to install my garage door opener with a couple of days. It’s been 5 days and I haven’t heard from anyone. I even went online & filled out a request to be contacted and still haven’t heard from anyone. No phone call, no email, nothing. Five days & zero communication from anyone at HD

Went to competition right around corner and no one would help me. Came to this Home Depot and met an OUTSTANDING sales team. Best Home Depot in Greater Birmingham Area by far!!

I have lived in the centerpoint area for many years and came to the HD store often. Although I moved a few months ago to another part of town (westend), I still favor this store and don't mind driving to shop there. Those I have come in contact with are helpful by showing you were things are, and they are friendly. Best of all they answer their phones! Answer your questions or forward you to the right department. Keep up the great work, through all our nation is going through!

This store was the most friendly and helpful of any of the stores I have visited. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed to do the job. The store was very clean and made me comfortable to shop in this time of COVID 19. I will definitely be back!

I used to hate going to this Home Depot until there was a change in management. Every time I go to this store the store manager, Marshall, is always leading by example and working hard. He greets everyone and is always extremely helpful. I won’t go anywhere else now as far as Home Improvement stores. He offers advice and takes you to the items you may need help with. His staff is very kind and courteous.

This store generally has all the items I need for my home with wide selections of styles.

We visited the Trussville Home Depot twice today. Once for paint and a second time for shiplap. Both visits were pleasant. Employees did a great job assisting and answering questions we had.

The garden shop has a lot of beautiful flowers. The cashier was very friendly & helpful!

The location had floor samples of the appliance we were looking for and well educated employees that could help us with selecting the best product for the best price. The store was clean and the employees were all wearing mask.

I used curbside pickup AT THIS HOME DEPOT LOCATION, and I was given BY THE STORE EMPLOYEE, IN PERSON, the wrong gauge fencing, with the wrong mesh size and the fencing was crushed badly on one end. Now I understand why the employee that retrieved it had a smirk on her face. I should have popped my trunk & inspected the merchandise before driving off. I could see the employee's smirk because they are apparently only wearing masks if they want to. The crudely-tatted employee stationed outside the entrance even left her post and ran up to a presumed friend, who stopped his car in the middle of the road. And the fool covidiot actually hugged him! I'll never shop at Home Depot again. They have the moronovirus!

I’m a resident of Trussville and I shop at Home Depot often.....I’m thankful to the Staff and all employees for being so helpful to the Senior Citizens.....I have observed employees taking care of their customers....Keep up the excellent service...May The Lord Shine His Face Upon All Of Us.
