Had to return some items and was processed quickly.

I ran into a problem with an order and the girls at the order/return desk Melanie, Marianne and one other girl all worked to solve my problem. They went above and beyond there jobs to help me. I can’t say how much I appreciate them. Home Depot is lucky to have them as employees

The employees at Home Depot are so efficient and knowledgeable and, can accommodate the customer's needs regardless of the situation. I've never had a hard time finding what I needed or, getting assistance during my shopping experiences there. Simply stated, they know what they're doing.

I bought a tool box today and a Milwaukee rep was there and helped me with my setup and saved $50 and received more product. I loved that. Love Home Depot and Milwaukee tools.

Very thankful the cashier gave me the $25 discount for applying for a credit card even before I was approved. And then when I was approved at the service desk for the credit card, Melissa let me keep the second discount coupon which she printed out after I was approved for the credit card to use at a later date and was totally fine that I had already received one discount already.

3913 Store is the best one in town. For you that don't know it is 41st and Sheridan. You get the most assistance than anyother store between 7am and 2pm.

Employees are really helpful. It usually has multiple items to choose from. We got a great portable air conditioner that helps lower our electric bills at a good price.

The cashier Journey was amazing from the moment I walked in, to the moment I was leaving to checkout!

Needed help in the kitchen dept with sink/garbage disposal and install for my 87 year old mother who was in store. Design staff ignored me when I asked for help. The girl finally yelled load the sink in your cart or they'll charge $75 to pick it up. The man just ignored me. We needed help loading stuff and he sat on his butt. Maybe, 2022 12:38pm. Went to service desk and they knew nothing about installation. It took 30 mins to figure it out. Didnt offer to load car,even though my mom is 87 and disabled. Hirrible experience.
