This store has been my "Go-To" since I moved to the area in 1998. They always have what I need, and nowadays I am able to find it quickly using the HD app on my phone. Today, I interacted with two staff members, one at the Commercial entrance to the store, and one cashier at the front of the store. Both staff members were enthusiastic and kind, and very helpful as well.

Nice store, convenient location next to freeway.

The other day (9/12/20) there was an employee wearing a mask under his nose, and a customer walking up and down the aisles with no mask at all. The manager's response was essentially a shrug. I did not catch the manager's name (he was wearing a Weddle jersey), but he told me he would "talk" to the employee, but there was nothing he could do about the customer except offer a free mask. So for all future patrons, note this - if you feel masks help you and others, stay away from this store, since obviously management doesn't care. If you prefer NOT to wear a mask, this store is for you, since management will not enforce the mask policy at the store.

OUT OF HOUSE HOLD CLEANERS

I know a lot of the employees there. Compared to nearly every other hardware store, HD always is nice and friendly, and most of the employees know their stuff. The new guys obviously don’t, but they figure it out after a while. Love this store, been coming here for 15 years, since I was a kid.

Hardware associate wasn't helpful. I witnessed him speaking to other associates while looking at his phone. He did all of this while customers needed to be attended.

Professional

I moved from east Irvine home depot pro desk to Tustin pro desk because I wanted professional service from experienced associates. That's exactly what Tustin home depot offers. Store is clean, associates are kind, knowledgeable and quick. If they don't have inventory at the store at the moment, they give information where to get. right product guidance. Pro desk does wonderful job under excellent management!

I purchased a new laundry pair and found the prices and the salesperson was very clear and had great attention to detail. I was very pleased with his thorough explanations of every perk and discount.

We have consistently received exceptional service from this Home Depot location. Recently we needed to place an order that other home improvement stores were unable to complete. I was lucky enough to be able to speak with a manager by the name of Phi. He not only completed the order, but truly reinforced the reason we are loyal to this store.

This store has the best quality of customer service out of all the Home Depots I have been through. Employees like Kathy & Ximena provided excellent customer service both on the phone and in-person. I was able to get my christmas items easily on the phone and readily available for pick-up by the time I arrived. The store was very clean and organize, and active with workers doing their hardest to satisfy customers. Would definitely come back to the Tustin Home Depot located at Tustin Marketplace.

Wonderful experience. I was here for maybe 3 min just needing packing tape. Every employee I walked by offered me help!! It was awesome and when I went down the aisle instructed...an employee still came and advised me there was another aisle that had more tape. Very good customer service. I ended my experience with Lyle the cashier. Very pleasant man...funny too he pointed out the survey option on the receipt etc...hopefully I win. I will have an extra pep in my step today because of the beautiful energy from the peeps at HD today.

The associates in the vertical blinds department were wonderful! Omar and Jackie were patient and knowledgeable. They made shopping for blinds a positive experience.

I have shopped here for a very long time. Changed to Sand Canyon location. Better customer service and assistance. The employees in the return area are rude and unhelpful.

'Customer Service' Rep Kylie is the poorest example of 'service' I have known. She is argumentative, has to have the last word with the customer and successfully made me certain to never again go to a Home Depot as a result of her poor service and attitude. All this over a price match discount on a garage door. Way to go Kylie - you should consider a line of work that doesn't involve working with people. This is not your gift!
