We live in a rural area where home improvement stores are small and have limited stock on hand. Home Depot in Ukiah is an hour's drive away, but well worth the time it takes to get there. The selection of stock on hand is outstanding. The store is huge, clean, and very well laid out. The employees are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

There are not nearly enough knowlegable customer service people on the floor at this store. When you hunt someone down to help find something, they often do not know the answer of where something would be found and they run off to find the answer, leaving you standing in the hopes they will return which they often do not do because someone else has hijacked them. Simply saying "I am with another customer now and will be glad to help you when I've finished with them" would be an appropriate thing to say but they are not trained well enough to say that. I was furious by the time I left the store the last time I had another customer hijack the customer service guy who was helping me.

Some people are good. Some are not. Get rid of those old ladies up front will not check myself out standing around that’s there job bad attitudes.

I find what I need ( plants, lumber, etc) always at the Ukiah store.I am away pleased with the courtesy.

The friendly staff were kind and so very helpful. No matter what department I was in, everybody was smiling and ready to help with my questions. Thank you for making my experience at the Ukiah Home Depot a happy one!

Very poor customer service!!!

In the past our experience at Home Depot has been horrible. Customer service was non existent and products we needed were never in stock. However, this visit (and it has been months since we came back) was excellent. We were greeted AND helped the moment we walked in. We were given great professional advice and were even rung up right away since the item we wanted had to be “escorted” to the cashier.

Today the associate in garden was extremely helpful. He helped me load peeler core posts around 3 PM. Unfortunately I did not get his name.

Some of the employees were great and great customer service a gentleman from the MET tried getting me help but he had a boot on but he tried.. another associate walked by asked if I needed help she actually did her name is Dany great customer service and my cashier was friendly so overall I had a good experience... Store clean

Easily the best home depot I have ever shopped at, and I have been in hundreds around the country. Service excellent, stuff always in stock, if not will deliver. Seriously the best in the nation.

Dont try to buy SOD. You will need a contractor to buy SOD. The reason is because of COVID 19 The Sod is sitting under the cover, but they will not sell it to you. I told the employee that maybe a landscaper, not a contractor, She put up her hand and told me to take deep breaths. I was breathing just fine. I have now closed my account with Home Depot and will not shop there.

Good gardening expertise and service in the gardening department

If you know what you need and where to find it before you go in, then HD is the place. Great prices and most products will be in stock. It's NOT easy to find knowledgeable help on the floor. Most of the associates are friendly, but can't provide much more than very basic tech assistance

The store is always everything I expect: clean, products are well-stocked and easy to locate, staff is readily available for assistance as needed, and staff are friendly and accommodating! Katherine - in the floral/plant department - is always very friendly and helpful, and intelligent about Home Depot products! She is a real asset to our Home Depot store. Love this store!

We were in the middle of a home improvement and while Covid has made things more difficult to make happen. I needed some tile and the customer service was really helpful as there was limited stock, so the agent looked into the surrounding stores for the product. I called the stores and purchased over the phone, went to the Santa Rosa location and picked up the product. Unfortunately I had to make the trek, but was worth it to get the right product. Thanks again for the support

kelly at the ukiah home depo was more than helpful she searched for an hour for a product that the computer said there should have been on upper storage shelves. could not find it. she gave me a discount on a similar product

All the help try’s to satisfy the customer. They could use more help.The store manager really try’s to make the customer happy.

We have been treated very well at this store. Freindly people and good products. The last few trips from over the hill have been large items and we were always helped with a smile.

Great garden department Kathleen is very knowledgeable and happy to help with any questions I had.

Your garden department always has great employees in it. They r so helpful I try to go with Kathleen works in garden she is the most helpful. The return department employees r very rude every time I hav to return or hav a question The paint department never has help and the young guys r not very nice. Just plain don’t have time to answer questions.

This particular Home Depot always seems to have what we are looking for. Their customer service has always been great. I would highly recommend.

They are very polite respectful courteous and if you need help they have the patience and time and knowledge to help you

I always find what I need in the store, employees are helpful. The nursery could use more help and more shade plants especially in the summer.

Kathleen in the garden department went over and above to help me find the perfect solution to create a privacy screen!

Worst customer service ever.

4 stars only because it is not the largest home Depot I have been to. I have had better service from employees here than at other Home Depots though!
