I bought Red Planters, citrus soil and Hot beef Jerky and I love them specially because of the prices.

Unlike the other nearby box store I'll not name, this store is clean, and the parking lot also. Carts and dollies readily available. Cashing out is prompt and the cashiers are friendly, professional, dressed appropriately. It was only a couple years ago, I was very annoyed hearing irritating, loud cackling and inappropriate conversations from the cashiers as I waited in line. It's a pleasure to shop at HD Vauxhall, and better than Rt 22 Union. Living nearby, I frequent this store often and I do take notice of services, my surroundings and interactions.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THE CHECK OUT. CHECKOUT PERSON STARTED MY ITEMS THEN ABRUPTLY WITH THE SCANNING DEVICE IN HER HAND WALKED DOWN TO HELP ANOTHER CASHIER LEAVING ME STANDING THERE AT THE CHECKOUT STATION. WHEN SHE CAME BACK SHE SCANNED THE FORST ITEM AGAIN AND WHEN I TOLD HER THIS SHE SAID NO SHE DIDNT SCAN IT. YOU DON'T START TO CHECK OUT A CUSTOMERS ORDER THEN ABRUPTLY WALK AWAY WITHE THE SCANNING TOOL AND LEAVE THE CUSTOMER STADING THERE !!! SHE RUSHED CHECKING ME OUT AND I HAD TO WHAT ABOUT MY DISCOUNT ??? SHE APPIED IT WAS UPSET SAYING SHE DID NOT HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH ME!!! AS I STOOD THERE DOUBLE CHECKING MY RECEIPT SHE SAID YOU DIDN'T GET DOUBLE BILLED!!! I TOLD HER I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO STAND THERE AND CHECK MY RECEIPT FOR ACCURACY!!!! YOU DON'T RUSH CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOU ARE BUSY!!! YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL TO CUSTOMERS. I DON'T KNOW HER NAME OR I WOULD SURE PUBLISH IT RIGHT HERE.

Carmen at the Pro Desk is professional, knowledgeable in flooring and gates etc. She provides above and beyond customer service. The store is extremely fortunate to have her as an employee. She has manager attributes and is an esteem leader.

Everyone was helpful and the store is robust in the different items and services to choose from.

Amazing that they transformed this store for the better. I saw footage of the extensive floods which over took the store and general area some years ago and HD rebuilt for the better. I liked how they have now kept the stray tractor trailers from parking near the exit.

This store has the best garden center I have ever seen. What a selection!

Ashley was completely amazing. She helped me through all of the questions and problems that I had. She completely deserves a raise if that is possible. She is an amazing customer service worker and it would be awesome if she was recognized for it. She is definitely one of the best workers in this whole entire store. I would definitely be coming back just for her to assist me. It is workers like Ashley that make Home Depot amazing! Cheers to Ashley for being a great associate at Home Depot!

Very good customer service

So since it’s my husband’s second home I guessed I’ve also made the Vauxhall Home Depot my second home as well.

sometimes you might get into a problem sometimes depending on a lack of knowledge or experience

I go to this Home Depot to get what I need and dream about what I could buy. I leisurely browse all the aisles, picking up items I didn't intend on buying but did. I take this time away to relax and get some retail therapy.

The employees working were very helpful. I purchased a fridge and two employees named Fritz & Anthony delivered it to my home the same day. I've never had such prompt service before and it was heartwarming to see. Definitely the kind of service everyone should experience.

The associates need a class in customer service. From start to finish everyone at the customer service desk ironically seem like they don’t want to deal with customers. They don’t greet, make eye contact, or say thank you. The rudest batch or representative I’ve seen. I would think Home Depot would be more particular about the first line of contact for customers. Definitely leaves me with a lasting impression. Retraining is necessary.

This store is the best. They are bigger, better and have everything in stock that I need. Customer service dept is always great with helping me when I need it. I don’t care if my job is a few towns over I will go here rather than the ones closer to the job.

This store people actually come up to you and ask if you need assistance They are wonderful

I bought a socket recently at Home Depot. All staff were super helpful and I was in and out of the store in a flash. The cashier was very polite in her greeting and thanked me for shopping at the store. It was a small purchase but I felt valued and I could see the customer service training in action.

I am extremely happy due to positve customer service

I thought I was going to be dealing with a wet floor as I step into the Vauxhall/ Union Home Depot Store on Saturday September 23, 2023 because it was raining for a long time. When I got inside the store to get a key copied, the store was clean and dried regardless of the wet boots that were coming in. I do not have a video or photo to add. i only have the memory of the experience to ponder.
