I had a wonderful experience with Maurice, Nicholle, J.D., and Tiffany in customer service. They were very patient and attentive to my dilemma. They all worked with me to make sure my issue/order with flooring was resolved, and I am very grateful. Next time I shop at this location, and I need assistance, I will be looking/asking for Maurice, Tiffany, J.D., and/or Nicholle!

I have been shopping at this store for over 5 years I have familiarized myself with the store so I normally don't need help but on those occasions when I do the staff is very helpful. I have had to special order some items and the person helping me was very professional and friendly my orders have come in and the items I order was perfect. This is my go to store for everything from my house to my yard to my garden.

Store employee that helped us was very friendly & knowledgeable. She made sure we understood everything about the product we bought & the delivery process.

The associates in the store Are incredibly helpful. I have gone into number of times and each time an associate understood the project that I was working on, guided me to the items I needed, And was able to provide insight in order to make my project and life easier. I'm grateful to the associates in the store for ensuring that I was successfully able to complete my project with only one trip to Home Depot.

This Home Depot is always clean, I can most of the time find the items I'm look for without dealing with a short of the item on the shelf. Employees are always friendly, and checkout at the counter is pretty quick, despite the size of the crowd.

During these trying times I can’t thank the hard work from the staff at the upper Marlboro store. Natalie the cashier should be working in customer service she did an amazing job and made feel wanted and not like I was bugging her. Thanks Natalie for doing an amazing job and keep smiling.

During these difficult days of the Pandemic, My home store is sufficiently staff the majority of the time. The staff provides excellent service with a smile and are highly competent with supplies and tools. Staff are understanding to my needs and having my best interest is their primary concern. I love my home store!

The store was very neat and clean and had a large quantity of stock of the product we were looking for. The customer service associate went above and beyond to assist in locating the item that I was looking for. Even going as far as walking the floor and soliciting the assistance of another employee and finding a forklift to bring the items down off of the top shelf for me to get my needed quantity.

This store is outstanding, from management, to floor staff (especially Mr. B) and cashier (Ms. LaToya)! Everyone was extremely polite, professional and helpful. The staff of this store went above and beyond to help me with what I was looking. During my visit, ALL staff members I encountered asked "May I help you"! Thanks to the team at this store, KUDOS!

A local store often hit or miss. If you are purchasing leave bags, light bulbs, keys, mailbox replacements. You should be fine.

My first time at this location #8550. Wow, it was a wonderful shopping experience. The store was clean, employees were visibly diligent, would look up and say hello, the energy in the store was very bright and positive. Turns out what I needed was not available but Vincent Green helped me see the value in another option. And Julie VanAlstine checked me out with such transparency I missed I was done there for a few seconds. And she ended by saying you're all set Ms. Ussery. Best big box store shopping experience in a long time. Ask for Vincent with questions and pray you get Julie to check you out, lol, esp if you are in a hurry. Y'all both rocked!!!

A Hugh shout out to Upper Marlboro store. For great customer service always from the staff. The pro desk fills all my construction needs .A special thank you to Julie for making things go smooth. The isles are clean. Shopable. And well stocked.

Products were often in stock, but not necessarily displayed. Go the extra step and ask someone on the Staff to check. On occasion you might have to ask someone from outside of the visited department to assist with your inquiry. Store cleanliness on my most recent visit - 3 Stars

Buyer beware, this place is a disaster. There has not been one time that I have visited this store where an employee has actually been helpful. You ask for help and everyone is so busy. It is by far the worst Home Depot I have ever been to and I have been to many across the country. Don't try calling them because every time I call they either place me on an indefinite hold or simply pick up the phone and hang it up. Seems like they have new management every few months there, probably because Home Depot aren't hiring the right people. Drive the extra few miles to another store, trust me, its worth your time.

Difficult getting any help from employees even when you see them sitting around.

Clean store, you can find a wide variety of products along with great staff.
