Home Depot has excellent products. What was exceptional about this particular Home Depot was a Team member by the name of 'Ann'. She went above and beyond and absolutely made my day. Thank you Ann.

I purchased a Milwaukee Workbench. HD charged $100 for delivery. Delivered without keys. When we called the store they directed us to contact Milwaukee. How is that for customer service.

Two, not one, agents completely dismissed me when I politely provided feedback about a problem they have with online order refunds when using a combination of credit and gift cards. Nothing ever tells you you have to go to the store to get your refund.

I had productivity on my debit card account and my debit card was canceled this happened on Friday evening which locks my account until Monday so I tried to make a return to get some much-needed cash so I can get groceries for my family, I didn’t have the correct receipt on me I explained my situation to the cashier and she assured me that I could purchase anything in the store with the store credit so instead of going home to get the correct receipt I excepted the store credit and tried to purchase Little Ceaser‘s gift cards with the store credit as I needed this to feed my kids. Then when I try to cash out they told me I can’t purchase the gift cards with the store credit. And now my store credit is froze for 24 hours because I did so… But your cashier Amy stated I could purchase anything and she knew I was in a situation just trying to feed my kids.

Jeff was great answering all the questions that we had about flooring. He's very knowledgeable and definitely knows his stuff!!! Very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. When we shop at Home Depot again and have questions, we'll ask Jeff. Thank you Jeff for all your help!!!

I got a great deal on my Ryobi hammer drill!

I went in with a leaking garbage disposal. Will in the plumbing department helped me select the proper replacement as well as changed over the cord from the old one to the new one. The experience made my day! I was quite nervous about taking on the project so the extra help I got was extremely appreciated!!

The employee's at this location have got to be the best in the business. They're always very polite and go out of their way to help me. This store's shelves are consistently stocked and have exactly what I need. I don't go anywhere else!

This Home Depot's customer service has dropped alot in the last 12 months. I could walk this store all day and never be greeted. I had to wait for a hardware associate to unlock a tool cage so I could purchase a power tool only to find out 30 minutes later that the hardware associate was gone for the day. I was told he was on breakand that he would help me when he was done. Don't you think maybe a manager could unlock the cage? Apparently not, although the manager on duty did eventually come and get me the tool I wanted but that was after several pages and about 30 minutes of standing there watching associate after associate walk by and not offer any help. Bad service man, I hate leaving negative reviews but someone needs to kick this store manager into gear and get his associates to help out instead of watching customers walk by while they sit around and chit chat.

I do a lot of work around the house and Home Depot has everything i need for home repairs. They are clean and well stocked, whenever i need a new tool they have it at a reasonable price! The employees are friendly and knowledgeable when I have questions.

Friendliest staff. Best customer service. Every time I go in a department there is someone asking if I need help. Customer service desk is also great.
