Every time I go in this store I am greeted with friendly courteous people always going out of their way to help any way they can. Each one of them is a great asset to the store

The employees are always very helpful and accommodating! Always making sure that we have what we need! If you can’t find it in store, it can be ordered online.

We were greeted by staff, another staff member offered help with our lawn mower purchase. Jane was our cashie, she was very helpful and nice.

I felt fortunate to have run into Olivia who helped me with all the items I needed.

My husband and I were shopping for landscaping items, flowers, shrubbery and the staff was extremely helpful and willing to go out of their way to help us. We appreciated that, because most of the time when you go to a store there is literally no one around to help, and if you happen to find someone, you feel as though you were a bother to them. We felt really welcomed as soon as we stepped into the store and had several employees ask us if they could help us find anything.

We ordered fencing material and was helped by Jeff at the Pro counter to get all the parts we needed. He took his time with our drawing and what type of fencing we were interested in and helped to complete our order. Katie B. was also very helpful to add our military discount to the order after the fact. Both are very professional and nice as many of the employees at the Valparaiso Home Depot are. The fence is not up yet, or I would add a photo!

Stephanie H was very helpful trying to find the product that I needed. I hope she’s there the next time I need to find a product!

I bought a home that I refer to as the money out. I have a lot of repairs that need to be done and are currently being done. Home Depot walked me through the biggest purchase (floors) and patiently assisted me every step. I was treated with respect and courtesy.

I like the store for the most part. But very disappointed in the fact, they no longer offer the veterans discount on plywood.

My parents said go to Home Depot they will be kind to you. I need both my knees replaced but life still goes on. I needed to complete an important project. I walked in with my cane and immediately was asked if found what i am looking for. I said I really meed someone to shop for me. Leslie actually did. I need stuff from each end of store. Despite my need Leslie kept a positive helpful attitude and was extremely caring even got me stool to sit down. I am not even 45 yet people look at me with diy most of the time because I am disabled. At home depot i actually felt accepted. Thank you Leslie and Gracie for accepting me and helping.

Ash & Katie couldn’t have treated me better! They were so kind and helpful! I had an ongoing problem with a power washer I purchased and they Took care of it right away. I wish I would’ve came to them in the first place! If they were on my team I would give them a raise! They didn’t just give me special treatment. As I waited in line I observed them with other customers. They treated every customer with the best service possible! Thank you Ash and Katie!

Hi! I walked up while you were having a team meeting! The speaker quickly asked how she could help me. She signaled the right gal. She followed me with a SMILE. She helped me with my whole transaction. Thanks for real customer service!!!

I only needed one item and had a great shopping experience. The self check out register actually gave too much change so I turned it into the cashier. She made a cute joke about it acting like a slot machine. It just made me smile. Cashier was super friendly and that's so important in this age of high prices and grumpy people. I'll be shopping here whenever I need to.

My wife and I were looking at all the big name stores for new flooring that would look best in our bathrooms. After several trips to other stores we went into Home Depot where we were greeted and placed an order quicker that the employees of the other stores greeted us. The flooring experts were so nice and friendly, I want to use them for all our home improvements.

We had to get our fresh Christmas tree there instead of a Christmas Tree Farm and the selection was wonderful and we found our 11th real tree. Thank you

Katie and Ash were great to quickly problem solve a SKEW discrepancy. Others were very nice as well but I didn't catch anyone else's names.

Went in looking for some holiday decor and the employees were so helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. Very refreshing when so many stores are not very helpful these days.

Honestly, we go by two other similar stores, but drive 30 minutes to come to Home Depot. The stores are not similar to this Home Depot in Valpo. The employees are welcoming and very helpful . They seem like they really want our business, so our business they shall have.
