My wife and I had such a great experience with Shellie in custom cabinets for a project last year that we came back this year to do it all again with her for a new cabinet and countertop project. She is professional and talented in designing to our requests but isn't afraid to give us additional design ideas that totally improve our designs. She was nice enough to put up with our small couples squabbles deciding on different things and she has a fun sense of humor. Last but not least she was helpful in making sure we were getting the best deals available to keep our project affordable. Thanks Shellie from Kate and Dave!

Ron saved me days of frustration. He made hanging an island mount kitchen hood easy by finding me four small brackets, a box of screws and two pieces of wood he cut to size for me. This great solution was no where on Youtube. I may have to do a YT video to share this hack with the world!!! Thank you Ron.

We wanted to purchase a washer and dryer and no one acknowledge both me and wife. Someone should have asked if we needed help. We were in the store for 30 minutes. We decided to take our business to another store.

On this visit I actually was able to find staff to help locate items (not always the case) and was greeted by any staff who passed by, which was nice. My only complaint is they’ve eliminated self-checkout and only had 3 people staffing checkout so the line was REALLY LONG. Staff were pleasant once you got to them but really, bring back self check! It’s bad enough they don’t have Apple pay! Join the 21st century!

I liked how they were fully stocked. I didn’t see any shelf empty, which is rare.

Employees have always been very friendly and helpful.

If you go here and Brandon is working, ask for him. He will make your experience great as well as help you navigate the project necessities you’ll need.

Rick helped me find the items I needed, and even stayed with me to ensure I was able to locate some "good" wood rounds. He actually had to get down on the floor and get UNDERNEATH the bottom shelf, to pull some more choices out for me to see. And I am SO GLAD HE DID! I found a couple pieces that I am just TOO anxious to get to work on! They are so nice, with such nice grain features, I just love 'em! Thank you Rick. You are an especially gifted man, with a good eye! :)

This is my home sto and is great location

I went in for a paint sample, which was made very quickly. While waiting, a nice man in HVAC helped us located the exact shelves we were looking for. And, checking out a nice cashier made the process quick and easy. Compared to the other Home Depots and hardware stores I have been to recently, this is by far the best!

No one is perfect, but this Home Depot does a great job of striving for just that.

I have to give a shot out to Heaven in the Garden department, Angie in Electric Department. They were beyond helpful and had great attitudes.

I buy items Olmos everyday is all good never return anything back I like the products

I was told the best Behr paint was suppose to cover in one coat. My husband painted a large area in one coat and it looks great!

We bought our home 4 years ago but each year we choose a project and I get so excited to head to this Home Depot with my hubby. Everyone is very helpful.

I have found Home Depot employees willing to go to extremes to ensure the customer is confident in their products and service. It is my first choice for home improvement projects.

This store is very helpful in helping locate what I am looking for. Convenient, with good prices on my building, outdoor and interior needs.

I love that this store has a great variety of products. From plants to paint to tools! Not just 1 brand. Thank you.

I am looking at a kitchen backsplash that is being tiled by our contractor. He buys everything from HD. The backsplash looks fantastic.

Alexander V.L. really stood out to my husband and I during our time at HD. We had some questions and needed some help in regards to keeping some things on hold while we continued to shop around the store. He was so sweet, informative and made us feel like we weren’t an inconvenience while finishing our shopping list. In the same breath of awesome customer service, Angie was super informative about shopping for a home security system! She stood and talked with us and gave us her honest opinion which we really appreciated!!

I spoke with the assistant manager, Alex, and he was very friendly and genuinely wanted to help me with my issue. Overall, great experience.

I went in feeling apprehensive about finding what I needed to purchase. The first employee I ran into helped me every step of the way. He turned my not such a great day into a much better day.

Our visit to the Vancouver, WA store was very pleasant. The associate was very nice and patient. Great deal on the product, too!!
