SIGNAGE FOR ITEMS ON SALE WERE EXPIRED AND DID NOT APPLY AFTER A CERTAIN DATE. ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE AT THE HELP DESK AND SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BECAUSE "WE ARE BUSY!"

After someone stole my already paid for 12 foot skeleton that was put to the side for us to pick up they did everything they could to not only get me a new one but to throw in a very nice discount on top of it. It was much more than expected and I truly appreciate it.

Special order over phone fast & convenient

Associates are rude. Not enough help on the sales floors. No help at all to load vehicle.

I had great customer service during this trip. I was able to get the help I needed from a knowledgeable associate.

Purchased a propane exchange and a new 20lb propane bottle. Took 40 minutes for an associate to come out and unlock the propane cabinet. SHAMEFUL and NOT acceptable

Ordered a breaker at customer service, informed it would be here 3 days later. After attempting to pick part up I was informed that it was ordered wrong and would be an additional 7 days till part is here

I don't have any complaints about the HomeDepot. Everytime I've been there I've been treated with the up most professionalism. On top of the staff being on point with how clean the place is kept. As well as how the staff treat you. Like they don't have nothing else to do but to take there time to satisfy you. If your around this HomeDepot make sure to stop by and ask for Elisa she in my opinion has great people skills and don't make you feel like if your a bother and takes her time helping you find everything in your shopping list.

Going here is a Pleasant, and Educational Experience. I get the Guidance and Materials easily almost as soon as I enter. Never gave us a Hard time if we bought wrong and Returned. Knowledgeable and Friendly for the Novice Repair person.

It was so refreshing to have a live cashier at a store. Lisa was friendly, cheerful and all around pleasant. I wish more stores would have live cashiers instead of these self checkouts.

I have been doing nonstop project since moving into my place in 2015. Staff has always helped my find what I needed even when I wasn’t sure. Great selection of products

The attitude of the associates in this store is deplorable. If you know exactly what you need and know where it is located then shopping here is okay for you. But if you need any type of assistance from the associates, forget it and find somewhere else to go shopping.

Complete incompetence involving a simple Carpet install. Take your business elsewhere

I went to check out the cashier ZIERRA was texting the entire time. She through my items at me on the ground and continued to text on her phone in front of her register. I went to Pro desk who saw what happened and they shrugged there shoulders. I then went to customer service and spoke to the manager. I am disabled and handicapped and this is how they treat there customers.

Ruth in plumbing was very helpful and Joy in paint is very knowledgeable. There was a bald guy in ceiling fan section who know where everything in the store was.

They have everything I need for any project I would like to tackle in my home. The employees are very helpful in finding what I need and offering advice. Prices are extremely reasonable

Every visit was great and no problem with anything that I have ever purchased. Love the Garden Center, flowers and plants are so beautiful and fresh looking.Great prices on all products. My go to place.

Went and bought a dual pack of Charcoal. Then proceeded to wait 25 minutes to checkout because the only lanes open at 9 am where the self checkout ones. One woman overseeing 4-6 machines, running back and forth helping people checkout. Home Depot would do much better having normal check out lines open where trained employees can move the lines along with much more efficiency.

The employees went above and beyond to help me with all my needs, especially, Mark in plumbing and Kristopher the cashier and Ikea the manager. I highly recommend shopping at this Home Depot.

The employees here at the Vineland, NJ Home Depot store are always friendly and always willing to assist a customer.
